Luke is the best personal trainer ever! He takes a holistic approach to training and believes that every client has the capacity and potential to succeed no matter their fitness goals. Luke is extremely knowledgeable and has never left any of my questions unanswered. I have enjoyed all of the workouts he’s put together for me and he truly customizes the exercises to your fitness level. Luke has helped me learn to believe in myself and uncover my strengths and motivation. I hired Luke seven weeks ago to help me with fat loss, strength, and conditioning. His online approach is an excellent and affordable alternative to in-person coaching, and it allows me to get the most benefit possible from the equipment I already have at home. With nothing more than a bench, stationary bike and two adjustable dumbbells I've lost almost 20 pounds, have more energy and feel better overall.Luke designed three customized workout programs for me, and monitors my calorie and macro intake daily, as well as weekly video meetings. He's been very flexible working with my physical limitations, is excellent at motivation and positive reinforcement, and seems to have a personal interest in my success.I highly recommend this system and this trainer.

I find that he really tries to connect with his clients and has an interest in their interests, he is super understanding when it comes to life getting in the way, but also is always trying to find the best ways to help you meet your goals and motivating every step of the way! First and foremost, Luke was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness. He took the time to understand my goals, my fitness level, and my health history before designing a custom workout plan tailored to my specific needs. He was able to explain the science behind each exercise and how it would benefit me, which helped me understand why I was doing each movement and how it was contributing to my progress.Additionally, Luke was extremely attentive during our workouts. They constantly monitored my form to ensure that I was performing each exercise correctly and safely, and he provided feedback and corrections when necessary. He also kept me motivated throughout the workout, pushing me to give my best effort while still being mindful of my limits. All while making it fun!

Everyday I am so happy that I reached out to Luke to help me loose weight and gain muscle. In just a little over 2 months Luke has helped me loose over 13 pounds with his professional advice and support and I am looking forward to many more months ahead! I’ve never liked working out or felt really comfortable in a gym but having pre-scheduled sessions to meet Luke at the gym holds me accountable and I feel a lot more confident now. Luke makes it enjoyable by encouraging me and coaching me to improve and I actually look forward to working out now. I’d recommend getting personal training services from Luke or any trainers under his supervision. It’s not cheap but there is no better investment than my long term health and well-being.
