Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel

Wonderful property. It seems as if we were put in an older part of the hotel. We got out of the elevator and there was an old" stench in the hall way. The room was spacious and clean. Great location. Walking distance to the train and amazing restaurants. Kind of hard to decide where to eat with so many options. 20 - 30 mins away from downtown Vancouver without traffic if driving. About less than 10 mins from Richmond Night Market. Plenty of parking available at the hotel for a fee. Restaurant on site and so is the coffee shop. Friendly staff."

Great hotel overall with large spacious rooms. Despite the lounge still being closed, Platinum members and above still have a generous suite of benefits extended to them. They seem to have also guaranteed breakfast, and a hot made to order one at that due to lounge closures. On top of that, they also offer a free appetizer and alcoholic beverage per guest at their restaurant, which arguably provides superior value compared to the neighbouring Marriott property.As an older property, the rooms are huge, and it seems, even bigger than the suites in the neighbouring Marriott. They are however on the bare side. There's a lot of empty space in the room, which makes it rather surprising that they made the bathroom so tiny- it's only got a shower stall, when they probably could've fit a soaker tub inside... or maybe even 6 if they were feeling bold. That said, the rooms were recently remodeled, so things were nice and new, and everything just smelled great.The shuttle bus is also excellent. It runs every half hour, and it's pretty straight forward, wait in the lobby, and just hop on. No reservations required.

Showing its age. Sliding door broke and can’t close fully. Great room service. Pool nice on a hot day and is a little oasis in the city. Room is clean, hallway carpet frayed in spots. Very close to emergency services and the hospital so can be very noisy as sound proofing is limited. Great location for shopping and eating out

This Sheraton is nicely located and was near shopping, restaurants, transportation, and more. The restaurant had good food plus the Starbucks on the main floor was a great plus. Their lounge didn't offer much, just snacks water and coffee but it was a quiet spot if you needed to do work.

We were booked in due to flight cancellation by Air Canada which is no fault of this hotel. Rooms and facilities were fine though dated. Views were limited to buildings being ready for demolition. Check out was at noon. I asked for a later check out as our connecting flight was at 8,pm. My request was declined as they were fully booked Shuttle service to and from airport was convenient. Shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. The elevator set up was different as we had to get off on the second floor and walk across the hotel to take the elevator to the 7th floor. Check in was quick.

Clean rooms. They felt very large!Great staff members as soon as we pulled up the door man greeted us and helped with our bags . The lobby restaurant food was also perfect.Nice way to end our vacation while waiting on our flight. Very close to airport and free shuttle running every 30 min.

Good location close to the airport. The hotel is pretty enormous! The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The A/C was pretty loud when it runs and seemed to struggle a bit to keep the temperature consistent which is probably not a huge deal for a lot of the year!! Would stay again.

how is disrupting residents around the area useful to your protest?! we didn’t do nothing to you. if you could use this energy every day for 12 hours to actually improve your life, you would already have found a better paying job. (:

I stay for one day but I observed things deeply. Room where I was staying good/ spacious. Service in restaurant was good. ANI I met is a good server in restaurant. About Front desk staff they were good too but one old lady at front desk was very rude in behaviour..... doesn't have the courtesy.... I missed my cab but she hardly bothered I ask her to call she told me don't you have the cell phone though I was coming from India. She was such a jerk can't express.
