I recently purchased a dining table with a bench and some drinkware from CB2 and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive. Their customer service was top-notch and I felt like they genuinely cared about my needs and wants.When I went to pick up my dining table and bench, I was impressed by how well-packaged everything was. They clearly take great care in making sure that their products are delivered without any damages. I was able to transport everything in my car without any issues.While CB2's prices are a little bit higher than some other retailers, I found them to be reasonable given the high quality of their products. Plus, I was able to snag all of my drinkware at a discount, which made me feel like I was getting a great deal.Overall, I would highly recommend CB2 to anyone looking for high-quality furniture and home decor items. Their staff are wonderful, their customer service is excellent, and their products are top-notch. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future!

I have visited the vancouver store to purchase outdoor, indoor furniture.I liked a few sets but found out that they don’t provide any warranty on their products and the reason was ridiculous,They have told me we have good quality products and we don’t need to provide warrantyStaff were rude and one of the worst customer service that I have ever seenAlthough I liked a few sets but rather to spend my money somewhere else and never go back thereSuch a shame for a brand to be like that

Went in store to purchase curtains which were in stock according to their website. When I arrived, the person helping me said they were not in store, but in stock at their warehouse, which would take approx 2 weeks to ship out. I ordered the curtains and 2 weeks later, hadn't heard anything from CB2. I called in and spoke with someone who said it's weird they hadn't shipped as there were plenty of curtains in stock at their warehouse. She said someone would follow-up with me and would ship them directly to my home as a courtesy. One week later, no update. I call back and now the story is they're completely sold out and on back order until the end of the month. This has been the most infuriating retail experience I've ever encountered. Unprofessional, disorganized and complete lack of transparency or care for their customers. Based on the amount of similar reviews, it appears to be a common theme with CB2. Never returning.

I used to be a loyal customer of CB2, but I am now disappointed with their service. I purchased a couch on final sale, and when the delivery arrived, we found that it did not fit in the elevator or stairways. I was surprised because CB2 never mentioned that the dimensions mattered when I bought it. Today, I went to Bay Home, where they provided me with a printed sheet detailing the dimensions of the stairway, hallway, and elevator, and advised me to ensure that my building's dimensions could accommodate the furniture before making a purchase.I contacted CB2 to explain my situation, but they repeatedly stated that they do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items. The manager did not show any empathy and only focused on the brand policies, suggesting that I put the couch in my friend's storage or sell it on a marketplace. :she assumed I have a friend that has a big empty storage!!)This was not helpful, and I felt frustrated and upset. I believe that people define policies and that the customer's situation should be considered above all policies. I am now in a difficult situation as the building manager will only allow me to keep the couch in the parking lot for 24 hours. I have also posted an ad on Facebook Marketplace to sell it. CB2's policies have caused me a lot of inconvenience and trouble.

High quality products with VERY BAD customer service and months of delays in delivery, beyond what initially they tell you.You pay for an order now and you may not receive your order even in six months. You return the item that you've never received and again you have to wait for another six months for reimbursement.

I bought Sheets two years ago, linen sheets on sale. I gave them a bad review because within months big hole had worn down on the fitted sheet. Someone from their customer service contacted me right away after I gave them a bad review and said they would send me a gift card in the mail for the cost. They didn’t ask me to return the sheets. I never did get that gift card. I complained several times and they said it was in the mail and it never came. The sheets are now discontinued so I’m sure the review is no longer up. The sheets were still about $300 on sale so you would expect that they would last longer than four months. That is the only big purchase I made CB2, other than that they have a great selection of interesting light bulbs. They also have some beautiful sofas and accessories but I would be weary of the quality.

The delivery people called me at 10:20 am and they will arrived in 15-20mins when they told me to come between 11:30-1:30 the day before they arrived. However, luckily I was home(it’s Tuesday, most people go to work and they probably arrange the lunchtime to receive the furniture.) Once they arrived a delivery guy told me it won’t fit in the building hallway didn’t even try to bring it in(I even told them we have two different floors). Also, they brought the table when I asked bring the table and chairs together so see they go together. I explained them then they didn’t want to bring the table back and told me “this table is for you so if we bring it back, it might get damaged when we bring it back.” (Are they crazy?) So we had to talk to the manager to tell them to bring the table back. When they leave they told me the company will contact me in a few days for refund the couch but they did not return the call after 10days so I had to call them and the actual show room people told me the delivery people did not process to return. Also, before the delivery people they left so many garbage on the hall way (from putting tables together).I am really hoping they do better job when they are bringing the chairs and table in next month.(hope not this same delivery guy) So far my experience was terrible with this place and would NOT recommend to anyone, however I will update review after they bring my table and chairs next month.Very disappointed!

The delivery people come to my house to deliver two beds, they are stole my stuff, don’t trust any delivery people from their store, expensive and unreliable. I tried to call the store told them about what happened, but they said they never do that, I am disappointed. I want to let everybody how bad their delivery service and poor customer relationships.
