I would highly recommend Red Seal Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for HVAC work. I've now had them both service a furnace that had broken and installed a brand new AC system. Both were done flawlessly, in a reasonable period of time, and for a very reasonable cost. Lyle is easy to get a hold of and is committed to the highest standard of customer service. I have been very impressed with the services I received.

There are some things you take for granted as a home owner and the sound of your furnace turning on I have learned is one of them. My furnace suddenly stopped working and I was referred to Lyle at Red Seal. He called me! He was at my house that night and figured out the problem quick. He was great to deal with, explained everything and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. I will recommend him to anybody and will definitely use him again!

Lyle was fantastic. He came to fix our air conditioner unit within the same day we contacted him! Other companies said we’d have to wait at least two weeks for service.. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Lyle was also fantastic with our two dogs!! We highly recommend him.

Lyle is a legend. We were having trouble with our Google Nest Thermostat. I was referred to Red Seal and gave Lyle a last minute call after hours. He answered right away and was genuinely interested in helping us out/solving our issue. An hour later he came over, knew exactly what he was looking at, and fixed the problem all while teaching my husband along the way.Their prices are super reasonable, especially considering how much they care to go above and beyond.Thank you so much Red Seal and we’ll see you again soon when we need to replace our old furnace!

Its cold outside so my furnace decided to stop blowing hot air. I was referred to Lyle by family and called him up instantly. He offered to come by ASAP and was able to identify the issue quickly. He offered a temporary fix until he could grab a replacement pressure switch, and returned the next day. He also took time to clean the flame sensor and blew out the cabinet as an additional service. Within 21 hours from my original call, Lyle had come by twice and everything is back to working. I will use his service again in the future.

When the windchill hit -28 and our furnace stopped heating I was expecting to have to wait a day or two (or longer) for service. Instead, Lyle responded immediately and was on-site with apprentice in tow within 90 minutes. Lyle and Austin performed some overdue maintenance that had us warmed up quickly. And, while cheerfully fending off the attention of our overly friendly collie. I was super impressed and found it all great value for a reasonable cost. Would whole heartedly recommend.

Red Seal has been taking care of my extended family’s HVAC needs for the last year and yesterday Lyle & Austin replaced my 20 year old furnace and added a humidifier. I called Lyle Saturday night and had him come have a look at a problem with my furnace. He was on site in less than an hour and diagnosed the trouble. He changed the blower motor in less than an hour. Very professional and the cost was pretty reasonable as he doesn't charge an overtime rate. Thanks again Lyle for the prompt professional service. I recommend them and will use again if needed.
