The staff at Rexall are knowledgeable and very helpful. The store has a good variety of products.Their products are similarly priced to other health product stores in Victoria. They have free parking outside their front door.

Lucas did an amazing job repairing the seat that fell off my Carl Oskar walker Saturday night. I was flying out of town the next day and it was late when I called around to equipment suppliers. Most were closed but one supplier told me to call Rexall; I’m so glad I did! Lucas took my walker and the seat to the back and in just a few minutes returned with the seat firmly attached to the walker at no charge. Great place and wonderful staff.* my apologies Lucas I originally called you Luther.

My experiences with staff at Rexall have been consistently excellent. This particular branch is well-supplied with a wide range of products, staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and courteous, and the bonus is that orders can be delivered, usually the same day. A special thumbs up to Sergei for his deep knowledge of products and his ability to repair what had seemed unrepairable.

We found everything in this store for the rehab of my broken ankle. Jenny and Lucas assisted us in finding all the right items we needed. They were friendly and knowledgeable. This Rexal is the right place for rehab items such as wheel chairs, walkers, canes, shower and toilet chairs/benches etc.etc. No use to search any longer - this is the right store. Easy parking in front of the store for those who cannot walk very well.

These folks are some of the warmest, kindest, and least judgemental people I have ever come across in a pharmacy/home health care setting. Going in to get my various supplies is a pleasure each and every time. I only wish they had a pharmacist for medication dispensing, as then I’d never go anywhere else.

An enormous thanks to the female employee who was so gracious and accommodating only a few minutes before closing on a Friday night. She helped provide me with an item that was proving very difficult to find elsewhere in town, knowing that my family member at home was having a tough time with a recent surgery. I genuinely appreciated her care and assistance (my family member also thanks you profusely).

The best!! My father unexpectedly needed a lift/recline chair and the team at Rexall made it happen so quick and smooth! Same day service. Less than 2 hours from the time I contacted them until it arrived at my home. A gamechanger for my family. Highly recommend.
