Trying to get a quote from them, damn... I am phoning, leaving messages and nothing. They don't return the calls. Yet, it is a terrible company. Yes, they are big but sadly very very bad customer service

We have been using Chubb to look after our office security for 26 years in Edmonton. When a issue developed - they were unable to monitor our office for a 2 month period without us knowing, and without them even knowing the connection to our analog line was not working.

Having trouble with our system at a seniors complex. Have called three times in the last week to ask for service tech, and no one has even called back to set up a service call. Obviously no customer service.
