Canadian Tire Auto Service Centre
Tire change was supposed to take about 1.5 hours, and get a call when its done. We were waiting with nowhere to go, 2.5 hours later we go back and it had been done for over half an hour, and we were never notified. The tires were supposed to come with a rebate form, which I asked for more than 3 times. I was told it was with the alignment paperwork, but after leaving found it wasn't. I called and asked for it, and spoke to TJ. He was very short on the phone, and basically told me to get it online and didn't want to help me. After asking for the phone number the order was in to have it mailed to me, he said Nope." He was also rude to employees

I got 4 tires put on and had my front breaks done. They informed me my rear breaks needed done as well. Normally that would be fine, except the exact same Canadian Tire did them 4 months ago. I asked for something to be done, got told it was my fault?I can only speak for myself, but I will personally avoid this place for good.Tires were good and they torqued them for me, so two stars.

I like Canadian tire for their selection and price. Very friendly and helpful staff at the Broadmead location. Also they are taking the current situation seriously. I feel save shopping there as they manage the number of people in the store.

Bought new tire and rims here, 5* to Paul who I spoke to on the phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable. But 1* to installation. I planned to put the tires on the car myself but they convinced me to let them do it because of the warranty and we have the tools and it'll only take 20 minutes" so i booked an appointment for 2pm.Showed up for my appointment 5 min early and was told it would take 60-90 minutes! Awfully long for a tire changeover. They didn't even get to my car until an hour later

The staff really helped me in a pinch during a busy time back in December, right before Christmas. I needed to commute back to the praries and they got me in last minute, and were so, so kind. Grateful for the team there that day! Thanks again!
