Scott always treats us like gold. Great service, friendly staff, fair prices. I’ve used 33rd street auto many times and and have had nothing but positive experiences.

I am torn about posting this review. On one hand I have always received outstanding service from these folks on the other hand if everyone finds out just how good they are it might be harder for me to get in.However, they have always done right by me so I am going to do right by them. I have never had anything but great service at a very reasonable price from 33rd Street Automotive. I used to be a 'dealership only' guy but I have been converted 100% to a '33rd street automotive only' guy.

My battery was dead- had a tow truck boost. But it appeared to be the alternator. Towed to 33rd st automotive. Scott looked into it an upon further investigation thought it may be a fuse. Hundreds of $ different. He fixed it. Then I had other fuse issues. The boost was hooked up wrong by the tow truck driver. Scott dealt with it at ZERO cost to me. What a fare honest kind guy. Could have gouged me on the alternator but - No. I’ll never go anywhere else!!!! The best service and has loaner vehicles to help customers out. 10 stars!!!

There's a reason these guys have a near perfect reputation, I've had an ongoing unresolved issue with my truck for two years, I brought it in the other day, the service was really good and they gave me a call later with what they figured it was, they took the time to explain to me why they came to their conclusion and how that system works and why it's causing my issue. They did the repair and my 26 year old truck drives like it's brand new, two years of it not running right and the other places I've had it not finding it, is now resolved. They told me some preventative measures for the issue. Super clear and kind communication, can't recommend them enough.

Be aware they charged me an extra $25 for them to change both engine/cabin filters. A job that takes less than 5 mins. I've asked them how much and they just gave me the pricing of the filters themselves but didn't bother to inform me about this filter labor"I am definitely not coming back.**Edit**The owner has resolved this issue with me and was accountable for the miscommunication. Changed from a 2 star to 3 stars as the owner seems to care about the customers. Communicative

This is the first time I've been to the garage, they definitely get a 10 out of 10. Friendly staff,very efficient and thorough explaining what they did and pricing is very fair. Highly recommend them.

Scott and his team have an excellent reputation for a reason. Don't take your vehicle anywhere else! They were able to diagnose and fix my SUV within a day. They communicated throughout the process, made sure I understood everything, and went above and beyond! Price was incredibly reasonable and they are complete straight shooters. No extra charges, labour, or unneeded services. I cannot express my happiness with their work enough. Louise at the front is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Will absolutely be going back for any future repairs or maintenance (Scott was kind enough to tell me what to watch out for and fix next when needed) If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I had the best experience at 33rd Street Automotive. My car had an intermittent problem and they told me to not worry about an appointment but to just come by when it was acting up so the mechanic could drive it and experience the problem as it was occurring. The issue was diagnosed within minutes and they called me into the shop to show me and explain it. Then they said they could fix it same day and offered me a car to borrow if I needed. It was fixed within hours for a reasonable price with lots of clear communication. Lois and Scott are knowledgeable and friendly and I would highly recommend this shop! Thank you!!
