I contacted' Sunshine Coast Pest Control' as I was concerned about some odd black looking worms on the deck of a house that was for sale.The owner went out of his way to help me and responded quickly.After doing his DUE DILIGENCE and with his Qualified background diagnosed the worm, which turned out to be a plant pest and not a Structural one..The worms were totally MISDIAGNOSED by another company on the Sunshine Coast.I am very grateful for the Owners time and willingness to help out!If it had been Structural it would have been much more detrimental!I Highly recommend SUNSHINE COAST Pest CONTROL... experts in their field.THANK-YOU so much!Laara Sinclaire.

I recently had the misfortune of having substantial rodent activity in my crawlspace, to the point where the noises and odour were negatively impacting the tenants living in the suite above. The staff at Sunshine Coast Pest Control immediately booked an initial inspection to assess the scope of the problem. The onsite staff member, Carlos, was thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. He walked (crawled) me through what he believed were the points of ingress and baited traps to place throughout the crawlspace. With his expertise, we formed a plan of attack and within a couple of months (and two trap checks later - included in the cost of the initial visit) we got to a point where there was no new rodent activity and the tenants were once again at peace in the suite. He even walked me through how to rodent-proof the main ingress point so that I could tackle the job myself if I wanted to, saving us money and time since the company was in the midst of its busiest season. Thank you to Carlos and the rest of the staff with SCPC for your timely, courteous, professional and knowledgeable approach to this unfortunate situation.

I am more than pleased with the most courteous and extremely professional service provided by Sunshine Coast Pest Control.They called to confirm before coming, arrived as scheduled, completed the job in a timely manner and solved our problem, for a cost that seemed fair. This is about all a homeowner could ask for.And when there was an unexpected rain shower a few hours afterwards that may have reduced the efficacy of their spray, they returned and redid the iffy areas, all at no cost.They are absolutely on our yearly maintenance schedule.
