Pro2Go propane kiosk

Avoid Pro2Go. I used their Dufferin Mall (Toronto) service, and received a faulty tank that does not open. I called their customer support and they said they would help, but I've since emailed a representative that got in touch and completed a contact form on their website... no response back apart from an email to say they have gone on holiday.Wish I had used 7 Eleven like normal.

I purchased 2 tanks at the self service Bradford (Walmart). One of them had a leak. I called twice and was advised someone would contact me. It’s a matter of urgency as I don’t feel safe to drive home. No one from the company contacted me.It’s better to buy from a company that you have an attendant available so you can raise your concerns right.Never support a self service. It’s not worth it .

Customer Service does not respond to concerns, kiosk has failed on me 3 times, phone number kept hanging up on me, still without a full tank. I want a refund on my tank as this service is not living up to its adverts by a long shot. It was faster and slightly cheaper to go to Canadian Tire and get 2 tanks.

I had a very unfortunate ordeal with your kiosks today. At 3pm I purchased a tank from your kiosk in Port Elgin. I noticed an odour coming from the tank but I ensured the valve was closed, noticed a couple chips in the paint but thought nothing of it and transported it home. My trunk was full and I had a large BBQ in the car so I had to keep it in the backseat. When I arrived home it still smelled strongly of propane. There was a chip in the paint and upon further examination gas was coming out of it. I did not realize this when I purchased it. I called your hotline who told me they were closing and couldn't do anything - just leave it outside which I live in an apartment and my neighbours smoke on the balcony outside that would not be safe. So, I took it back to Walmart and let them know that I had a defective cannister, they initially weren't going to do anything and told me to call you which I did and which I was unsuccessful. They called the fire department to get advice about this and they arrived with a truck and bled out the cannister so I could exchange it. I asked for receipts and got one response of the person asking for my card # and that they'd look into it then nothing... Two months later I got another charge from them on my credit card. They are the worst.

Summerside PEI Walmart Location.Took two days to get a full propane tank after payment. Initially gave me an empty old tank. Contacted ParkLane Headoffice and they assisted in another empty tank via their issued code. Finally after several trys I received a full tank. Won't be using again.

First time using this company, the valve on the track was faulty. I called the customer service line and waited on hold for over a half hour, eventually I hung up and thought I would send an email... Except there is no address to send one to. All roads lead to just call the number and wait on hold"Ridiculous"

Was at Sunrise center Walmart Kitchener location. No receipt so followed the instructions to no avail. Called a dozen times, answering machine, then calls dropped. No place to contact them.Terrible, won't go back.

Gave me a empty cylinder then put me on hold for a half hour. Terrible customer service and terrible kiosks. No receipt either. DO NOT USE THESE KIOSKS! Gas station would be a better option no matter what.

Exchanged a propane tank at my local Walmart. The refilled!" presented to me appeared to be a returned empty. The plastic seal was broken and the tank weighed in at 19.1 lbs. Since it is supposed to contain 17 lbs of propane that would suggest the empty tank weighs 2.1 lbs - very unlikely. Called p2g and left concern with answering service. Office never called back. Two attempts at phone conversation with no answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEIR SERVICE SUCKS!"

Machine took my payment and tank, but no new tank. Phoned the number and they said they'd 'put in a notice to head office' .....never heard anything so phoned back a week later, they said they'd put in another notice, but don't know how long 'head office' will take...waited another week still no phone call from this magical head office". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
