No sales pressure, very big store with lots of sports and athletic apparel. Good for speciality sports, running, lacrosse, weight lifting etc.

Understaffed … or disinterested staff?? it Was impossible to get anyone to help find shoes and TBH they were like deer in headlights… so I went online and solved my own problem. That is a problem though, job security and all that :( Sorry guys... you need to do more and do better.

although I have found some great deals in this store, sometimes the staff could use a little customer relations training. I was going to buy a pair of running shoes but stopped to look at something else. I put the box I had intended to buy on top of a stack of merchandise ready to be stacked. the female clerk came over, asked if this was mine, told me she was going to work on the pile, and put my purchase on the floor. But instead of unstacking the merchandise, she took off to chat with another employee. I left the shoes in the box on the floor and left the store. But she did save me $50.00 on an impulse purchase.

Always liked the selection National Sports carried. This location is pretty big and has something for every sport you may play. My only negative would be the lack of 2XL shirts but i guess its a luck of the draw for those. Overall friendly knowledgeable staff ,clean store easy to get to and park.

Entered store at 5:30 knowing it closes at 6:00 went to the skate shop and showed a skate with 2 broken rivets to see if they could fix it. The young attendant looked at his watch and said sure give me 15 mins and come back. We went and got laces and a mouth guard and tape looked at some sticks returned and the job was done. He showed us what he did gave us the ticket and said there was no charge. We thanked him very much went to the front paid for other items and left at 5:50. Now that is excellent service!!! Thankyou very much.

Such a variety available. Has everything sports related. Shoe sales are incredible, sports apparel is limited but do have. Cashiers always pleasant and staff accomodating!

Not the best with having advertised stock available. This chain doesn't carry top end models or if they do it is at least a couple years old. They have better sales than other chains if you don't need the latest and greatest.

My Daughter received horrible customer service last night in your store. By a store manager of all people!! It appears my daughter was too much trouble at 10 min.to closing.The lady didnt want to serve her.. we were only stopping by to pick an item up that was needed for today. She wasnt even going to try it on...No purchased made and very unhappy customer

Love this store and staff are very helpful, great customer service. I often find great deals on name brand clothing and shoes which I love. Recently purchased under armour runners for around $80.00 and under armour sandals for $28.00. I would recomend shopping here for sports items and sports brands such as Adidas, under armour, Nike.
