If I could give -5 stars I would. Everything was great for the 1.5 years I rented through them (so much for LONG TERM RENTAL, which is what I had signed up for) until I received a letter indicating the home I was renting was being foreclosed on due to the owners' negligence in mortgage payments. Indicated in 90 days foreclosure would happen. Cressman all during this process indicated they were told nothing, knew nothing, etc. Various emails sent back and forth and they couldn't answer any of my questions. Talk about stressful! So I'm scrambling to find a place to live, as I had to take into consideration my 13 year old grandson who lives with me, and finding a place suitable for him, etc. could take awhile. Found a house, let Cressman know I was moving, paid my last month's rent, did the walk through (3 days earlier than the end of the month, even though I paid to the end, but that is how they roll)and all was well...so I thought. Initially I was to give 2 months' notice, that was when I DECIDED TO MOVE, not being forced out due to the fraudulent negligence of the homeowners.Well, they decided to hold on to my damage deposit because I didn't give 2 months notice! Under the extenuating circumstances, the expense I went through for the move, stress, etc. you'd think they'd waive that 2 month notice. OF COURSE NOT! Evil, heartless, greedy, and many other adjectives come to mind when I think of Cressman. Run fast in the opposite direction if you ever see their company linked to any rental property.

Cressman Management has a great service. They are responsive, trustworthy, professional and kind.

Do not rent from them, save yourself the headache. I rented a unit from them that had previous damages they assured me they would be fixed, when I moved out 7 months later due to the negligence they took my damage and then proceeded to try and charge me for those damages from the previous tenant. I have email proof of asking for repairs and move in photos.

I needed to remember that the property management can only be as good as the owners. Cressman took my issues and addressed them for me in a professional manner.

Cressman Property Management have been wonderful to work with. They are professional, very responsive, and they have made sure that all my needs as an owner are taken care of. My tenants also speak highly of them. I would highly recommend them to owners and tenants.

I was a prospective tenant with this company. We had showings cancelled at the last minute because they didn't take their old ads down. Communication was next to nothing and staff was rude and dismissive over the phone. When we did view a place it was obvious the person showing had never been to the unit and was confused over it's layout and pricing. They use an incredibly invasive app called Naborly" that demands a lot of sensitive information from tenants and gives it to this third party business before even initiating rental conversations. After even these brief interactions I would not do business with this company."

Nathan Cressman (Cressman Realty and Property Management) was personally retained by us to resolve issues we had with a short-term tenant (we’d purchased a home with the understanding the previous owners could rent back for four months while their new home was being built).Mr. Cressman was advised of our situation (tenants were not honouring a legal agreement they had signed) and presented himself as a person fully competent to deal with our issues. However, the results of his actions exacerbated our situation. When Mr. Cressman was notified that we would consult with a lawyer to resolve the issues that he (Mr. Cressman) had been hired to resolve, Mr. Cressman threatened to quit as our representative (he did in fact quit and had to be coddled back to continue with his responsibilities).During the remaining period of his contract with us, it was our impression that he was disrespectful of our requests for the services for which he had been hired.I would not recommend this business.

Great company to rent with, they are very understanding when you communicate with them and they also provide very quick and efficent help with mantience issues if any do occur. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new place for rent.
