My visits are strictly for the massage part of the spa, but I have to give this place 5 stars.The place is spotless from the minute you walk in the door. The staff that I have dealt with are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a very good staff of rmts as well.

Charged me $120 for a no show in which I was too disturbed due to other events to show up and said would refund with drs note, didn’t appear I had enough $ to get one at the time and why else do you book a massage? Have had them regularly for 15+ years and low income, need one now

Just got done a 90 min couple's massage with Alisha and Kim. They are both absolutely amazing. Alisha gave me the best massage I have ever had. Hands down would recommend these ladies!!

I am so disappointed by this place. I can't speak to their service as my spa day was CANCELLED (which FYI I had booked here for the first time for my birthday) and I was only notified an hour before my appointment time. So there went my initial birthday plans. Not only that, but the reason for cancelling was that the Aesthetician had called in sick, which is fair enough but how does such a large spa franchise not have even 1 back-up?? or they could have offered to do half of the services that day even or something. But instead they were not even remorseful or empathetic and were just blunt about it which just makes me not want to reschedule or ever give this place my money or business. Cancelling just an hour before an appointment for a first time client is not a good look. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place for the lack of professionalism and reliability.
