Pina was so responsive, professional, and helpful right from first contact! I wanted to utilize a locally owned company that would provide quality service and I'm glad I used Modern PURAIR. It was a great experience and though the cost might be higher than some companies offering duct cleaning I felt the value was more than justified by the experience, integrity, and quality that the service providers delivered. Both Pina and the technician assisting were respectful and kind towards me and my home, answered any of my questions, and overall made the experience pleasant.

We were interested in having our ducts cleaned following a home reno (they have never been cleaned since moving in a few years ago). The whole process went smoothly from start to finish; when booking, the staff was informative without being too pushy about selling their service.Lucas was timely, professional, and friendly. He was able to clearly explain the cleaning process after doing a walk through of our home, and worked with efficiency to complete the job. (We also appreciated the email reminders prior to our appointment, which clearly outlined what preparations to the space needed to be made).The whole process did not take long at all and we were able to see before and after photos of our ducts once finished. For an additional fee we were able to have the ducts sprayed with an antibacterial spray which kills/prevents mold, mildew and bacteria growth and left our house smelling noticeably cleaner and fresher.Overall we are satisfied with the service and would recommend Modern Purair.

I booked Modern PURAIR after booking with another local company and having several cancellations. I booked them the same week of my appointment. Both individuals who came and completed the work were so lovely to deal with and explained every step and the end result. I knew my vents needed to be cleaned but they were so clean afterwards! Customer service is excellent, fast communication and easy to book. They showed before and after photos of the vents once completed. Overall very happy!

Poor (no) customer service10 minutes before my appointment time they called to say they would not be coming that day. So I made a second appointment with them at that time.20 minutes after my second appointment time, I called them and now a different person said she knew nothing about my appointment but she could make a 3rd appointment for me.

My experience started with a wonderful discussion Leah who explained the whole process to me. I needed my mom and dads ducts cleaned - which had never been cleaned in 40 years. Joel and Lucas arrived early which was greatly appreciated! They were very friendly and thorough and throughout the process showed the before and after pictures. I knew the ducts were filthy and the after pictures were so clean ! I highly recommend this company.
