Soul Stone Sushi Grill and Bar
The decor and atmosphere is super cozy and zen. Lots of spacious tables for big groups. The food comes out very nicely decorated! Lots of salmon on every salmon item dish. My favourite was the spicy salmon with avocado on pita on stone, I haven’t seen that anywhere else so it was very unique and tasted great! You have to give it a try! The food that requires the hot stone taste very good there but not sure if it will have the same effect if you order to go, so definitely save those dishes with hot stone ones for when you dine in!

Soul Stone Sushi Grill and Bar
Soul stone is my go-to spot for sushi in Ottawa. The fish is always fresh and the rolls are fantastic. Their sashimi is cut thick, and my favourite, salmon, almost seems to melt in my mouth. They have a great selection of rolls, and many of their signature rolls are a pleasure on the tastebuds. Of note are their Very Good rolls that live up to their name.(The battered rolls in Pic1+2). Their signature Soul Stone roll is fantastic as well(Pic3).Soul Stone is also probably the best bang-for-your-buck sushi place in Ottawa. Their lunch and dinner price for AYCE is on par or slightly higher than most AYCE places, but with their higher quality sushi, it's a no-brainer. Keep in mind that their sashimi and rolls are larger than some other places, so be careful how much you order on your first round if you go for AYCE.The atmosphere of Soul Stone is also nice. Chill, laid back and just a great place to have lunch or dinner.

We came here because someone recommended it and the reviews were pretty good. But I would disagree. The food was not good. We left much of it on the table. The general tao, crispy beef, and sushi reminded me of food court quality at best. The tempura veggies and shrimp were good and the gyozas were the best part. Took a few min to be greeted at the door for a seat but after that the service was good. No plans to ever go back though.

If you’re in the mood for authentic Asian food, this is the place to go. Their extensive menu offers the very best of Asian cuisine with perfect execution. Not to mention, their decor is outstanding and fits the theme perfectly. Definitely a must try.

AYCE sushi place and they have lots of good options. You order by round so what I would recommend is only ordering a little bit for the first one then if you have more room, order more for the second. Make sure you don't order too much as you will be charged extra.

Soul Stone Sushi Grill and Bar
I've been ordering sushi from here for years now and it's our favorite sushi place in Ottawa. Today we went for all you can eat and was kind of annoyed because we had 3.5 pieces of sushi left and were told we had to pay for those pieces on top of $40 each. I understand paying extra for the ones you don't eat but I thought maybe if we had 5+ pieces we would have too. Not sure if I'll come back.

Soul Stone Sushi Grill and Bar
My girlfriend and I went here for our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was fantastic, the interior design and ambiance was next level. This felt like a very high quality restaurant, between the service, the looks, and the food. The price was reasonable for what it was, and the food itself was delicious.
