CHANGED 5 STARS TO 1 STARI will preface this by saying that the RMT's at this 'spa' are all professional and excellent at their jobsMy wife and I have been coming to this place for a couple of years and in 2022 my wife and I had a combined spent $2,330 on RMT services here. of this, we have a portion covered through our benefits.Each time we call to make a reservation, they tell us that an 18% gratuity will be added to the total and between the two of us. That amounts to nearly $40 of tip when we both go.I made the decision that I would call and make another reservation but this time I would let them know that we will opt out of the optional but strongly recommended" tip. The front desk let me know that they had no appointments available for our date and they would put us on a wait list if something opened up. I agreed but they never called me again. I have since tried to call this place a dozen times over the last 2 months from both my wife and my cell and they seem to have silently black listed us. They never answer the phone and have never called us back.Previously

Place had a great rating so I went for the first time. Ambiance is great when I went in but it wasn’t a relaxing experience. RMT was polite and nice, asking me how I’m feeling the whole time. However, pressure was not consistent. Sometimes it was too much, other times it was too light. Bed kept getting adjusted to go up and down. Not a fan of the velvet blanket that was staticky on my skin. Light in the room was too bright for my liking. Though the staff are nice, I will not be coming back again. Overall, it was okay for the price and experience.

I have found my go to person. Zeinab is so fabulous! No matter how stressed I am, half way into the massage I find myself so relaxed that it becomes a battle to stay up so I can enjoy the massage.

My husband bought me a massage gift certificate and paid prior. I had the mom to be massage, which wasn’t great. I was told I was able to have deeper pressure prior to my appointment as my back is really stiff. During the massage, the therapist said she couldn’t - I could hardly feel anything. It just felt like someone gliding their hands over my back for an hour. On top of that, this place is located right next to a vet clinic - and unfortunately I was on the side where the shop is. The whole time there was a loud dog barking in my ear. At the end of the service, I was told I had to leave a 15% tip. I’m not sure why that’s even suggested as RMTs are registered healthcare workers. I’ve never had to tip one before as they usually don’t accept it. Over priced. Won’t return or recommend.

I had a wonderful experience during my first visit. The place is so clean and neat! People are nice and friendly all the time! I feel so relax after the massage. A warm tea at the end of the service made my heart warm and full of happiness.

I am extremely ashamed to have previously recommended this spa to my friends, this spa operates very unjustly and unfairly.I have been to this spa a few times and enjoyed my experience. But after choosing not to pay the tip, I found myself silently blacklisted and unable to book any future appointments.This practice lacks transparency, disregards customer autonomy, and showcases a lack of customer service. If you are going to charge a tip, just include it in your services.

I tried the hot stone massage and a Swedish massage at this location on separate occasions. The hot stone massage was extremely relaxing and comfortable, would definitely come back or this service.The Swedish massage it is very different from other places. I think Tsingtao uses different set of techniques using mostly the forearm and elbows. Personally didn't enjoy this, however I would return for the hot stone massage!

Would not recommend it. Extremely high prices for non-professional customer service and poor treatment.I was called 1 min prior to my appointment and advised that if I won't arrive in the next 5 minutes, they will shorten my appointment and charge me extra.I was 1 min late and was waiting for more than 5 min to get a room.I didn't enjoy this massage, as the practitioner was rushing. After the treatment, I was in the pain and hardly walk to the car. I stayed in the car for 20 min, and NO ONE entered the door.I was a long-time customer. But, for the last three times, something went seriously wrong, and I have given the spa a chance, and another chance. I guess the phone call 1 min prior to the treatment was their thank you" for the loyal customer.I would not recommend this place. Look elsewhere!"

Great massage! My RMT Zamee knew exactly where my knots were, was nice and the spa is very clean. Will be back!

Massage was good along with the ambiance butthey added a gratuity charge to the recipient of a gift certificate package i purchased for.After their massage, the receptionist insisted on a gratuity charge which forced us to pay an additional $30 on top of the gift certificate.What’s the point of purchasing a gift certificate for someone just for them to pay after?I do not mind paying for the gratuity along with the gift certificate, but please let your customers know.
