From the minute I walked in the front door I knew this was a professional operation.This family owned business has gone above and beyond to help my wife and I get our new build underway.We are off to a great start with our new culvert and rock solid base for the driveway.Next will be the basement and then septic system and moving forward I have no doubt that we will continue to be impressed by Dan's crew.Also a big thanks to the other side of the business Riverview Rentals, Mark and Dan made my experience seamless. Charles Smith Construction are amazing, and I would highly recommend them for any job you need completed. They saved our neck after a bad flood, replaced our sewer lines in the midst of pouring rain, and saved us from a second flood. For the amount of work they did, their prices are very reasonable! Definitely give them a call if you have a construction job you need finished at an affordable rate.

Needed to get garden soil, really great quality and fantastic service. I've called in the past with questions and they have taken the time to go over things (septic) with me. Right now just getting a call back is hard so that they took the time to call back for a question really meant a lot.

Fantastic service! They were originally just doing the excavating portion when we changed our main water and sewer line. When we ran into a snag because of the incompetence of the other company we hired to change the pipes, Charles Smith Construction jumped to our rescue. They had the equipment and the manpower to do the job here in under an hour. Even Danny Smith, president of the company, was here working along side his men. If it wasn’t for these guys I don’t know what kind of mess we would be in now. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and explained everything that was happening. Plus, when we got the bill they ended up being cheaper than the other company! I can’t say enough about how pleased and appreciative we are about their service. I would 100% recommend these guys for a job and will be passing along our experience to everyone we know. Thank you again!!

Amazing service! I recently came home after work to a plumbing emergency, and they were able to help right away, no problem! I've also rented a couple of yard tools from them and they got the job done wonderfully.
