I'm very impressed. They gave us a very competitive price for our Lucent quartz counters, and they measured on a Friday and had the counters installed on a Tuesday. My contractor has done tons of renovations and he says he has never seen such a fast turnaround before. He will be recommending them as well. Also, they were very quick to rectify a mistake we noticed and had it corrected the very next day without any hassle. I dealt with Corrine and she was lovely. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended! We recently had DSG installed the quartz countertop for our DIY wet bar in the basement. Rika was extremely helpful when it comes to quoting the price and arranging the time for installation. Everything went through smoothly. We are so happy with final result and would definitely hire them again when we need to do the kitchen remodeling.

We recently renovated our kitchen and had Decent Stone supply and install our quartz countertops. They did an excellent job and we are extremely happy with the final results. I had contacted Rika via email in mid November and provided her with drawings of the kitchen and required stone dimensions. She responded immediately with a very reasonable quote for the job. We visited the showroom in person to finalize the deal a few days later. Rika was professional and understanding of our required timing. Because our desired timing for installation was just a week and a half before Christmas (as we were waiting for our new cabinets to arrive), most other companies wouldn’t even talk to us until January. Decent Stone installed our countertop on December 19, just a few days after coming to measure. We really appreciated them doing so for us. The price was excellent, the man who came to measure was prompt and polite, and the installers were punctual and installed very quickly and efficiently. We are very happy, and would not hesitate to recommend Decent Stone.

Price was fair and product is as expected but the installation job was rushed.Update: after initially posting the 3 star review above. Decent Stone contacted me and asked what my concerns were with the installation. After explaining it to them they sent a technician back to my place and corrected the issues. My advice would be to let them know if you are not satisfied in some way and they will do their best to fix it.

Rika is very nice and easy to work with. She’s passionate for her job and and she provides responses quickly. Thank you Rika for your patient assistance all the way. My kitchen countertop looks gorgeous!!! I don’t regret choosing Decent Stone Group to do my kitchen!
