Kanata Honda

i bought a new honda accord 2023 from here and i was there to pick it up. I was asked to wait for my sales rep, so I noticed the dirt bikes inside and i was very much interested in buying one too. So i went closer to look at the details. “We were not even sitting on any Bike”, But one of the sales rep in the bike section rudely told me to go in the waiting area. I didn’t expect this service experience from honda. If any of their Manager is looking at my comment, kindly make sure to ask your employees to show respect to customers.

I've only dealt with this Honda dealership twice the first time was to pick up tires for a buddy. The tires were ready I picked them up with no issues. This time it was to have a special key made. It was a duplicate for a Honda ATV and if you live in Ottawa it is one of the only places you can go to get one. These guys did a great job the key works fine. Unfortunately Honda head office has no idea that these are the only dealership people in Ottawa that cut their keys. Someone at Honda head office should take note.

Allan was a great help, showing us what stock would meet our needs and taking us for test drives. He walked us through leasing vs financing options and patiently answered our questions.

Got my car service done here for the first time. Went in expecting better service than other place but didn't meet expectations. Long wait time at least provide customer Uber service.At least provide complimentary car wash like other places doesn't matter what the service was done.

I bought my CRV here and come back to this place occasionally to look at new Honda vehicle models and lawn mowers. Staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They do not try to sell you a product or upgrade that you do not actually need.

Worst customer service experience I have ever seen. I am working in Sales from last 10 years. The sales rep here, don’t even know the basic ethics to how to greet others, how to talk to anybody. I recommend not to buy any vehicle from Kanata Honda.

Great experience but mostly just due to our amazing sales representative Allen. He is very pleasant and fun to work with and ultimately fought for us for the best deal. Thanks, Allen!

Giving a 1 since 0 isn’t an option.Kanata Honda openly tried to scam me some 2000$+ to replace the condenser for my A/C on my 2016 civic. They advised that that specific piece was not covered under warranty and would be an 8h job for multiple. I took my car to Barrhaven Honda at 10am today. I received a call at 1:45pm to tell me that the piece was under warranty and that the work is now complete and I can pick up my car at no cost to myself.Couple the scummy aspect of them charging for a warrantied service to the absolute trash tier customer service offered (that could be a whole other review) and you have a recipe for getting fleeced by people who couldn’t care less what happens to you and your vehicle.Recommend avoiding the place altogether and driving the 15 minutes to get to Barrhaven where the staff is nice and helpful and will actually honour the warranties and treat people with respect.

Bought Civic hatchback here. Fathi Elkhir did an amazing job helping us find the best option with absolutely zero pressure (which is super, because we don’t like aggressive marketing). He adjusted to our timeline multiple times and even gave us a ride from the dealership. Great experience, highly recommend.
