From providing the appraisal, acquiring a mortgage lender, recommending a great lawyer and helping me with the paperwork, there was very little I had to do. What a blessing it was to have someone so kind and understanding when it comes to purchasing a home. I was stressed at first not knowing the steps when it comes to home buying, but Dawna relieved that by letting me know that she has been in the business a long time and worked with many other clients in the same situation.
