Literally the worst salon I've ever been to...Instruments weren't cleaned or properly sanitized, the same wet warm towel is used repeatedly as a form of a massage. Overall very dirty. We had an appointment at 5pm, got into the chairs at 5:40 and I was left soaking my feet for 50 minutes. Staff were providing different levels of service to different clients. My two friends and I got a French pedicures and I watched how they were treated versus me by the end their feet looked very similar and mine looked like a botched version. When I talked to the staff to fix it, they gaslit me into saying my nails are cut differently, which okay fair enough we all have different sized nails but the lines they made for the French pedicures were of different thickness and did not go from end to end. The same person fixed it half heartedly and didn't bother painting the base until I asked. I literally went home and removed the nail polish. Also the price list on the wall for pedicure states $25 they charge an extra $5 for French, and the total ended up being $40 ...so I think it's fair to say they should update that price list. Overall, would NOT recommend, probably on a top 10 worst salon list somewhere.

I went from work with my friend as it is her bday and they literally did my manicure in 10 minutes. They didn't even take out the dirt under my nails. It felt more like just a shallac polish was put on after filing the nails. And they charged for a manicure. I wouldn't recommend or go there again.

This has been my favourite nail spot for years. Pricing is reasonable. I always ask for Min for my shellac polish change. She does a very good job.

Jenny is the best!! She has been doing my nails and Brazilian and legs waxing for over ten years! She’s always so kind, attentive and professional making sure each time I am happy with her work. I highly recommend her she is super nice and so good at what she does!! I wish you all the best Jenny and miss you so much ❤️ I am living in Ireland now but no one is like you!!!

I used to go to this salon often before the pandemic. It was a great experience and the owners were incredibly personable and welcoming. I’ve since returned and they are under new ownership and the service was not at all the same.While phone receptionist was very courteous, the young lady who did the pedicure for both my husband and I was rushing from the moment I got in despite the salon being nearly empty. To my dismay, the pedicure was done sloppily and the nail polish was messed up during the process.It looked as though I had done my nails at home — I was incredibly disappointed. My husband’s pedicure was done in 10 mins.She critiqued my feet multiple times during the service and tried to upsell me to get shellac twice to which I declined both times.It was my husband’s first time getting a pedicure and unfortunately the experience was subpar than that of what I had experienced in the past.I will not be going back and I will be sure to share my sentiments with my friends and family.I wish the service had been better as I very rarely have a moment to take care of myself and I was very much looking forward to having a positive time for some much needed self care.

Fair pricing and very friendly! I just did not personally like the removal of acrylics as the process hurt and damaged my nail beds

I always go here to get Brazilian waxing and last time I went there I asked for Ivy but they said she left so that’s fine and they send some other Asian lady who did not use gloves to wax my private areas like so grosss and when even after I asked her to wear one she didn’t she kept going. And the way she waxed I got like infection and I’ve been dealing with it and it’s soo bad. And on top of that I call them to let them know the lady on the phone has the audacity to blame me that why didn’t I let them know at that time! No never going back again. Train your employees first and make them learn some professionalism.
