Fitforless YESthe equipment 5 stars, The ambiance 4 starsbathroom and upkeep -3 starsThe last 3 times Ive gone to the BATHROOM ( 3 in a Row )______ZERO TOILET PAPER.......REALLY THAT'S PATHETIC.The BLACK CARD Membership DOESN'T COME WITH toilet paper so either HAVE ROOM IN YOUR PANTS or bring your own TOILET PAPER........The gym requiring the least staff and effort and they can't keep the toilet paper stocked.....WHAT ELSE DO YOU HAVE TO DO......an 8 yr old boy could do better......fire all the staff an get 1 COMPETENT PERSON......Thats called a START.Goodluck

Too many patrons for the staff and space to handle. Spend a little more and get a better experience. I’ve been upset with this gym for way too long. The staff is always leaving 1-3 hours early and the place is super dirty, I keep getting sick after having no issues for years.

Definitely needs better upkeep and cleanliness, especially because it's flu season. This place needs a complete deep clean!! Lighting is so blinding. Very busy gym with people who can't mind their business. However, it has a wide variety of machines and is very affordable.

Left $130 mins of lifting equipment (belt and wedge shoes) in the bathroom. Hanna saved both pieces of equipment for me and I was able to get my items back from the lost and found 3 days later, Absolute legend. Every staff member is friendly as ever. Genuinely impressed by this gym 24 bucks a month is more than a bargain for the quality of the space and 24 hour access. Most definitely recommend it.

Overall a very decent gym to get a workout in any time of the day.Staffed hours are not consistent. Most of the time no one is there at 7am.Plenty of cardio machines. Separate studio area with TRX and kettlebells, there are no exercise bands so bring your own if you need them. They also have a 30 minute circuit area if you are short on time and want to get whole body workout in. They have change rooms, lockers (bring your own lock) and showers are available during staffed hours.Black card membership gives you access to separate area that has dumbells up to 100lbs (vs 75lbs non), 4 squat racks and extra barbell benches. Also you get access to massage, hydro massage (my personal favourite!!) and tanning.You can have a tour and first session free during staffed hours. The sign up kiosk machine was easy to use just make sure you have your bank info for direct withdrawal. It spits out a card and you can workout right away.To address some other reviews, they do have 2 stand alone lat pulldown machines (someone mentioned they didn't have one) and they have plenty of cable stations (like 6). They only have one ankle strap for cable machines (could use another 1 or 2 so people don't have to wait). The cardio equipment is great, lots of treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowers and 4 real step machines. Only 1 hand sanitize station at front door, they could easily add hand sanitizing stations to their spray sanitize stations. Yes the music was a little loud (after speaking with them they've lowered!). The front desk staff have been nothing but nice and helpful!

A good gym at a great price. It is pretty straightforward, it's between $12 - $24 a month for access to the 24 hour gym. It can be busy during peak hours but if you go late at night you can have the gym almost all to yourself. Lots of equipment and the added access with the vip membership are hard to beat at its price point. Staff is good and most of the people working out are relaxed. A good gym for any level of people training

Really loved the gym but I see it all from a different perspective now, don’t sign up. Canceled my membership because I was moving, but the shortly canceled my cancellation, due to complications about the move. After a bit I canceled. Then the date changed one more time and I recanceled and canceld again, ON THE SAME DAY, on may 25th, being aware of the 30 day policy. The blonde girl at the front desk told me that the last day I would pay would be the 12th of June and i could enter the gym until the 26th of June. But I saw i got charged last Monday, so I emailed them but won’t help me, even though ONE OF THEIR GIRLS messed up. I know the whole thing is confusing but it all makes sense and only depends on what the person said last time I communicated with them. (Keep in mind i have been out of Canada now since June 7th and they expect me to pay 2 more times just because they messed up). NOT FAIR, TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Good equipment and atmosphere. Price point a big plus. Staffing and cleanliness mediocre at best. Constantly filthy, staff would rather sit at front desk than maintain equipment cleaning supplies. Staffing on weekends almost non existent. At the very least extra cleaning sprays and paper towel should be made available so users can clean equipment when they have finished using it.

Great gym with a ton of equipment, cleaned regularly, split room space with one side for their black card holders with more weights and equipment.Key fob entrance is fantastic and the overall aesthetic is great.
