Was looking for a new pair of ice climbing crampons and I recently discovered the singing rock brand. I found out Vertical Shop was their canadian distributor. I was wondering if they would fit well with my Phantom 6000 boots and inquired by chat on their facebook page. They replied in the next hour with the right information, giving me the confidence i needed to order the crampons. They were shipped the next day and i received the pair 3 days later in Montreal, ready to climb for the weekend. I got to try the singing rock crampons once in a monopoint configuration and they performed really well in hard vertical ice. Very satisfied with both the quality of the service i received and the solid product by singing rock. Two weeks after my purchase, they checked-in through facebook to see if i was satisfied with my purchase. I appreciated the effort. Highly recommended !
