On October 2nd 2020 Ryan and Jake attended my residence here in Bracebridge to install a new hot water tank. They removed the old one and installed the new one. They quickly found several problems with the new tank and realized that the tank wouldn't heat the water. rather than re-install the old one it was decided to leave the new tank for now while a second new tank was bought and delivered. They were very professional and courteous and punctual . They returned later with a second new tank that wasn;'t damaged. Their manager Kurt was always available with answers via text or phone. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Trades are difficult to coordinate and even find in Muskoka. This team showed up and delivered. Kevin was my tech. Solid guy, knew his stuff, efficient and organized and answered all my questions so I become more educated on my system. Appreciate the service and glad to have found a service team I trust.
