The help I received was outstanding! I was not just helped with the issue I went with but was told and helped to get other help I was entitled to that I knew absolutely nothing about! Scale of 1 to 10, score a 15!

I have tried calling several times. Each time I sat on hold for about an hour. No one picks up. If they are going to promote a phone service they either need to improve it or say that they only do in person advice.

Hello good afternoon, this I have three days trying to contact you by chat and it has been IMPOSSIBLE the funniest thing is that you offer this service to help us, but the service is terrible. I can't and there is no way I can chat with you, so I wonder. what do they offer a service if it doesn't work? and I also have to say that I have more than 20 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered.

Although my initial impression was not good as I found difficult to get in touch with someone by phone or chat and when I finally did, the person did not address my questions, I have to say that after they did contact me again and put me in touch with a lady who was very helpful and did go the extra mile to help me with my queries

What can I say, please don’t call them for advice, unless your looking for more trouble. They take hours to answer their phone, and problem is they have legal advice over the phone in the first place. They need to bring this back to face to face, where you sit and look through people’s documents, and give proper advice. This is legal matters not choosing what sofa to buy. Overall, the whole system needs to change, and it’s clear from all the reviews how rubbish they are.

I have an urgent legal matter in which I require advise with. I have continuously called through out the day and each time I have waited over an hour to get put through, I still haven’t been able to get through to anyone.I suggest you hire more people so you could actually fulfil your duty within this organisation.Based on the statistics of your reviews, It’s a shame that to see that the majority of people are not receiving this service.

Not bad service but 1 star for phone help line.They need to close phone service or make it only by appointemet, call back..! IIf you call them you need between 3h to 6hSo i recomend when you wakeup call the service than go take your shower make your breakfast go to the market....afrer that maybe...i.

Despite from waiting over 1 hour on the que to speak to an adviser and such a poor connection, the level of being unhelpful would be such an embarrassment for the UK system. Citizen-advice never help anyone and is such a useless organisation.
