The trainers are always so helpful and friendly! You are welcomed by name and make you feel at home every time you walk through the doors! F45 LaSalle is a game changer! From the first time walking through the doors I sensed this a very unique type of gym. Coaches and owners are there to support, challenge and motivate you. The workouts are individually challenging - just when you think you can't do more - a coach is right there cheering you on - inspiring you to do more.The coaching staff have proven to me over and over what I thought was impossible is not only possible but I had more to give.They see what I don't see in myself. This community is more than just a gym, new friendships formed, motivating and being motivated by those you are working out with and the satisfaction of completing a great workout.I am very grateful to the owners, staff and fellow workout partners - this F45 community changed my life.

The hype is REAL! All the amazing things you have heard about F45 are true. The 45 minute classes are intense, challenging, and always changing. They offer great variety and it is truly a personal training session in a group setting. If you can believe it, the incredible staff at F45 LaSalle do it even better. Led by owners Andrea and Chris, the staff are knowledgeable, passionate, and so friendly. They have created a wonderful sense of family and community that is welcoming to all members. F45 LaSalle is unlike any other gym experience I’ve ever had. Like their motto goes, “Team Training. Life Changing”. I cannot recommend it enough.

Absolutely love working out at this place! It has changed my perspective on working out and nutrition. The coaches are awesome! They are super friendly, push you hard and most importantly make sure that you have good form so you don't injure yourself. I have worked out for over 20 years at various gyms and nothing comes close to the quality of this place! Inches are coming off, muscle is building and I'm gaining lots of new friends!

I will never go to another gym again. F45 is known for building tight-knit communities and maintaining positive, encouraging environments. And they live up to those standards.The coaches are kind and knowledgeable and the members are fun and supportive.It has easily become habitual for me to go often bc it's only 45 minutes and it's doable for any shape and size.Joining was the best decision I've ever made bc I'm finally fit & healthier but my MENTAL HEALTH game is on point.

Team training- life changing the motto on the wall says and it works! I committed to changing my lifestyle earlier this year and I put in the work with F45s help! The coaches are super motivating and helpful with movements and to keep you going. The members are also supportive and uplifting! I made so many new friends in the short time I’ve been at F45 Lasalle. The best part is how much strength I’m gaining and pounds I’m losing. But you have to commit yourself and push yourself to change and this is what I was looking for. Highly recommend!
