Today 27.01.23, I collected my new XC40 PLUS, DARK, from Arnold Clark Volvo, Springkerse, Stirling. The customer service I received from walking in the door last week, to driving out in my new car today was excellent, and I must say this was purely down to my salesman Duncan Aitken. He was brilliant, a gem of a man! Right from the manner in which he introduced himself, his patience, listening to what I was looking for in a car, explaining the different models, options and deals, organising a test drive at very short notice when I brought my wife along for a look, the hospitality shown, no feling of being pressured, always offered an option, helping sort out my number plate transfer, explaining everything in detail (including the car upon collection), ensuring and offering additional support if needed, was an absolutely top notch service from him. Duncan is without doubt, one of the nicest car salesmen I have come across over the 17 cars I have purchased in my time so far, and would undoubtedly look out for him again when the time comes to change my Volvo for a newer one in a few years. Rented a van from here using online with an additional driver, they couldn't drive the van and the additional charge was refunded immediately, very impressed.Then I had to cancel the hire, due to unforseen circumstances and they refunded me the unused days immediately again, can't fault them.The staff were exceptional, very helpful and excellent service.The van (lwb transit) was excellent, clean condition throughout, including the rear, very good quality and value for money.I would definitely recommend this branch to friends and family and I will definitely be back to hire from them in the future.

Excellent experience. Great staff upgraded the car, and was patient and helpful getting this U.S. driver acclimated to doing things backwards. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

I have hired dual control cars over quite a few years now and have always enjoyed excellent service from all staff involved. They always were very pleasant and patient when changes in bookings were required, which was often I may say.All of the hire team were and are always pleasant whether speaking personally or on the telephone.Same great service when hiring a van on various occasions.They just cannot be beaten for their excellent service.

Pure Disappointment I thought they would sell or rent a car as we stay in a rural area and my mother is in her 70s purely disabled myself but No had us shocked when we were told that my mother was a vulnerable person Arnold Clark what goes around comes around your animals just after people’s money.
