Great experience buying spare parts for my shelter. Friendly service from the young lady at the reception and even the other older lady.

I don't understand the bad press they get. My mom called this afternoon for a caved-in tempo. The service she got from Kevin and Nicole was efficient. They even made it possible for a team to show up today to take away the broken tempo when none was unavailable. They were friendly and efficient. The only thing missing would be the installation, but I'm not worried about that as it will be done in the following week as they mentioned.Thank you snogone team for your service!

Horrible! They don’t care about your property. They’re very rough with the installation. Brand new tarp and they take no care whatsoever in installing it. They used a sharp bar to lift up tarp over the frame instead of small ladder becaue they simply didn’t care, as a result it created micro-perforations, scratches and damaged the seams on the tarp. New Tempo now leaks from tiny holes and seams due to negligence from their part.

The sales rep. that picked up the phone didn't speak english, so if you are an immigrant like myself call somebody else. I asked him kindly if I could speak to an anglophone rep. and he said NO firmly, I then asked so you only sell to people that speak french" and he said YES. Do not waste your time

Today is Dec 7th, 2021 and we already had snow several times. However I'm still waiting for the shelter to be installed. Early morning we have to remove the snow and ice from car but this could have been avoided if the shelter was installed on time. We paid in full on Sep 3rd but did not get the service we deserve. Very disappointed.

Terrible service, scammers. Up sold us anchors for our tempo when we asked if it is required they said yes or else ur tempo will fly away. During the season the anchors can loose and caused our tempo to fly away. We then used stone blocks instead that we bought ourselves and had no issues. Don't listen to them if they say you need to buy their anchors. 100s of dollars wasted.

I was here last year to collect some information, I was satisfied with what and how I got it. This fall I came again to buy a new shelter, after calling a few (4) times before, to ask for different information / options / prices. The waiting time on the phone is variable, sometimes 15 seconds, sometimes 5 long minutes, but my questions were always welcomed and I received completes answers from Mrs. Daniela.For the purchase I was well advised by Mr. Gabriel who offered me the best options at the best price. I compared the prices with the competitors and I find that the prices are in the market. Notice that they have the thickest cover on the market and that it is made in Quebec (and only $ 50 more than the competition). They also have a thinner option, $ 50 cheaper than the competition, but while the competition offers 1 or 2 years warranty for the cover, they offer 3 years for the thinner and 5 years for the thickest. The tarpaulin being half the price of the entire shelter, I preferred to pay $ 50 more and have the most solid possible on the market.The service. Being a large shelter (4 cars) I was advised to opt for delivery because the boxes are big and very heavy, and I was happy to pay only $ 60 + tx to be delivered home next Saturday. Indeed in 2 days at noon, the truck was in front of my drive, and the driver was very friendly and put the heavy boxes where and how I asked for them, given that they had to wait a day in the rain, and in addition to leave room for 4 cars.The next day (Sunday) with everyone on the field to open the boxes and start the installation, I found 6 main beams missing from delivery. Worried that I could not finish the installation, I called them to complain in the hope that they would believe me and that I could go and get them, preferably on the same day. I was very surprised that the same Gabriel promised to come to my house himself in 30 minutes with the missing pieces. I really appreciated that, because I was able to continue the installation with my friends without interruption. And indeed, 30 min. later I had the parts and, moreover, I received some installation instructions.About quality: the tarpaulin is of good quality, it seems to be as good as the old one (the old one was bought second hand with more than 7 years old and I used it for another 10 years). I hope this new one keeps me the same.The metal structure has improved, each beam now has (in the connection area) a small gap / clearance oriented towards the ground to allow the structure to breathe"

Terrible service. We have used Snogone for almost 10 years now and every year we have issues to deal with and have to keep calling to get someone to fix the tempo that wasn't installed properly. This year they installed the frame in October and came to add the tarp mid November. The frame is crooked, they scratched our pave and they didn't know how to attach the tarp to the wirelock against the garage door frame so they left a big gap and said they would speak to their manager and someone would come and fix it. After one month and many calls and emails to Snogone, no one has come. It's almost the end of December and they could care less that the job is incomplete and that we have to shovel snow and clear ice from the inside of our tempo. On top of it they keep increasing the price every year. Never again. Very disappointed with their service.

Very satisfied with going with snogone ,great customer service and they came and set it up quick , way better then the other car shelter companies I’ve been with , strongly recommend if your in the market

Don’t trust.. zero credibility… bought a defected car shelter 2 years ago.. went for an exchange, we were told to come back at the end of the season because they do not have new one in stock and they could not repair short of time in high season. They postponed the warranty. We went back last season, and we could not solve the problem due to covid and were told by manager to come back this year..We went again this year and they turned us back again… same excuse: high season is not a good period for repair and that they won’t exchange and the guy there lost it and started swearing!
