I just want to express my deepest thank you to all. You guys, I noticed when you dropped off the bin, took the time and care to add some wood to protect my driveway. I was and am totally impressed with this. I received my bin sooner than I had hoped for. I will most definitely refer you to anyone who asks about bin service. We hired Bin Express after my parents were moved to a retirement home and my dad subsequently died. We had no idea the length of time we would need the bin - we extended the duration 3xs due to the emotional ups and downs of cleaning out our parents’ home and each time we called they were compassionate and understanding. On the last day we had still not finished when they arrived to pick up the bin and instead of being upset they physically helped us with the last 2 loads. I can not thank Bin Express enough for their kindness and understanding during a very difficult time for my family.
