Totally awful Co. They just leave my case without a reaction. Just stopped to answer

Horrible experience, multiple email's sent with no replies and phonecalls sent to voicemail. Over 3 months and still dealing with my claim. No updates and no answers. Claims support told me I would hear back the next day, that went on for 4 days in a row.

The hours of operation on Google say 8:30-4:30 week days. I was told to come by pick up something. No one here at 3:50 Wednesday afternoon. No doorbells not camera, no phone numbers to head office and ask for them to reach someone. Nice thanks for wasting my time.

They don’t return calls

The only intention here is to deny your claim and make your life hell. When they were done I couldn’t insure my home with my insurance company and my rates went through the roof. They left us with a home in shambles and drag their feet till we gave up. The adjuster was rude, unprofessional, bias and one sided. But she drove a luxury vehicle, I wonder why.

Waited 9 weeks and numerous follow ups for an investigation which included an inspection (not done) and then denied accountability. Also have an outdated and irrelevant bylaw as proof of denial.

If you end up with Daryl Foreman as an adjuster run for the hills!!! He’s completely incompetent. He doesn’t read email, go through files, has no follow through. If you need anything done you constantly have to escalate to get him to do the bare bones of his job.He’s dishonest, disorganized, arrogant, and useless when it comes to his job. Why he still has a job is beyond me; I figure either he works for family or the owner of the company is as clueless as Daryl.

This company ended up representing me on one of my claims and because it was a little difficult they just settled on a 50/50 instead of fighting for me and for justice a lady cross the yellow line causing me to Swerve away and she still managed to clip me on my motorbike she tried to flee forcing two other Riders to flip around and stop her. I got a settlement and yet was not informed about a 50-50 decision I was not given any opportunity to fight it and I was not informed on this decision. I went to switch my insurance and was told due to an accident claim that my insurance was going to be going up once I did some digging I discovered that this accident that I was paid out for was put into a 50-50 status. To me it feels like they just wanted to get it off their desk and Order their hands instead of fighting for you. Not only that it took me almost a month to get to the bottom of it because my adjuster quit and nobody would contact me back.
