Looking for a new cellphone plan, which was affordable for my budget. I decided to go WOW MOBILE at Carrefour Laval. I had such an excellent service and experience with the sales associate, Maria Cl. She was so helpful and listened to everything I needed. She advised me really well. She helped me choose a plan that suited my cellphone user habits. She also help my family for two other plans and adding a cellphone line to my account. Throughout the entire process I did not feel pressured nor lied to. I was comfortable, trusting in the sales associate, Maria Cl., and the entire process was headache free. I am so grateful and the service was impeccable. I strongly recommend them. They are fast, know how to help you find something in your budget, attentive, and truly there to help you and not focus only making a sale, such as some places out there. They allow you to see what plans are available on the market, so you are aware of your options and prices. They are the best.
