Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters
This Mary Brown's location happens to be one of my least favourites that I've been to. The service is friendly, yet consistently very slow. Sometimes waiting in the drive thru for anywhere between 10-20 minutes regularly.The food here is classic Mary Brown's, but they use very little seasoning, so the food is definitely lacking flavour.

B'ys, this is getting old real fast.Cold taters, cold gravy, cold fries. Forgot my dipping sauce for my chicken strips. Charge me an arm and a leg for mediocre meal. I don't learn my lesson.....until today.

Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters
Best ever. The chicken pieces are so big hot and delicious. We tried the waffle fries this time. They are thick and crispy, even better than the waffles fries from US’s Chick-Fil-A. The gravy is thick and tasty. The cole slaw is so smooth and yummy. I’ll eat Mary Brown’s over any other chicken franchise.

Came here on Sunday 19th March 2023 around 2.19pm. The reason of mentioning that is I forgot to get the name of the awesome customer service rep. The lady was genuinely friendly. We need more people like her in this industry. She had a nose piercing, if I was the franchisee I would at least thank her or read this review to her. She made my and my partners day by just being so friendly and nice. Keep doing you love!

I was running around doing errands and ran into Mary Brown's, rather than take time to go home and have lunch. I had a Big Mary sandwich, it was delicious and hit the spot, very friendly service at the Blackmarsh Road location.

Absolutely worst Mary Brown's I've ever had. I ordered a 9 piece meal late Friday night. The 2 legs and wings were cold and the rest of the chicken was obviously re deep fried to heat it up and was inedible due to the fact there was a burnt taste in the batter and the chicken. I will definitely never eat there again.

Walked into the restaurant tonight and before I got as far as the bathrooms I came very close to slipping. It seems the floor was cleaned with grease which usually happens when someone uses the same bucket that’s used for the kitchen on the seating area also. I’m 5 months pregnant and that was terrifying. They had the slippery sign laid in the middle of the floor closer to cash which don’t make sense if your going to slip before you get 2 feet in the restaurant. Very dangerous!!

Food is always good but service does greatly vary based on visits. Had some mistakes in my order that were thankfully resolved when I went back but just unfortunate that there were mistakes in the first place. More likely to go to freshwater in the future.
