We had an amazing experience. I brought my 14 yr. old daughter who has alopecia. I haven't seen my daughter smile so much since she got her new hair. The quality of the wigs are amazing, even after washing. Jane was super helpful making sure we knew all the details of how to care for the wig & made sure we had all the products to take care of the wig. This was an absolutely wonderful experience! I left a message on Sunday. Jane called me back on Monday and we had an appointment for Wednesday morning. My mom had cancer 3 years ago, and although she did not lose her hair, she is afraid to perm it after 50 years. Her hair is extremely, fine and poker straight. She decided on a wig to make her feel good when going out. Thank you Jane for going above and beyond to recognize what kind of wig my 80 year old mom wanted and needed. Your 3 recommendations were great! You listened to what my mother said she wanted, but also had great information to share from your experience, in order to help her decide on the perfect wig in less than an hour. My mom is not always easy to please, but she respected your knowledge and ideas. Your patience and calm demeanor went along way to keep my mom at ease and relaxed. My daughter and I were also very grateful that you made appropriate Covid accommodations, so that we could both be part of the process. My mom wore the wig for the rest of the day and loved it! Not one complaint! Trust me, that's a miracle. :)

Jane was fabulous!!! My mother started losing her hair more than 10 years ago and has been wearing a wig for several years. It did not look real nor did it compliment her age or skin tone. I bought “Hope” a couple months ago and received great service at the appointment.However after spending over $1000 for Hope along with all the wig care products and having her only a couple months I am very disappointed in the wig. I’ve worn her about 10 times since I purchased her and she’s dry, shedding and feels like straw. I’ve purchased cheaper wigs from Wish that look and feel better. I spent that kind of money on Hope because I thought it was and would be better quality. Lesson learned and very disappointed.

My 90 year old mother is dealing with a very large tumor on her scalp. She wanted a wig to both cover the tumor and eventually cover the defect from removal surgery. Jane was so kind and helpful. Mom loves her new wig and looks great in it. It will make a world of difference at her upcoming granddaughters wedding
