Probably the smoothest and quickest experience I have ever had with a car rental agency*.The agent greeted me instantly and kindly and was able to find my reservation, issue my contract and keys and answer any questions without any hassle or unexpected surprises in a matter of 4 minutes.Truly recommend this location.* It is important to note that I had prepaid and pre-entered my information such as drivers license and choice of insurance online when booking. This saves valuable time when arriving to pick up a vehicle and is strongly recommended to both help out the client and the staff on location.Staff 5/5Price 5/5 - 500 dollars for a 2 week rental for an underage driver on an SUV is unmatchable.

Car was ok, clean & fair price. However, the customer service was non existent, waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to even serve us ( no one else was being served), either the person behind the counter was hangry or just didn’t want to bother, whichever I’ll never go there again. Returning the car was just as bad.

Wayne is fantastic. He really takes care of me every time I am in which is roughly once per month. He's also always cheerful and a pleasure to deal with
