Westlake Willy Waterpark - Sandbanks Provincial Park - Prince Edward County

Good place for outdoor activities like kayaking, speed boat rides and some good time with family and friends.

We were in the area in July. There was no inflatable water slides as advertised. Drove there twice to rent jet skies only to find them closed both times. This was during business hours.

We had a blast, they were very good about switching our time for using the board you stand on and paddle, and the kayak we rented, they had music playing, the grandchildren even got to enjoy the stuff. I would go there again and rent them out, we all had a blast!!! Thank you very much!!!

So fun! Should have the blob jump open more often though. And change rooms would be nice. But super fun place! Get your muscles ready!

***SCAM ALERT***I Was charged $1000 damage deposit and never received it back. After I called and explained the situation to them the first time, I tried contacting them many other times by phone and email but didn’t get a single response back.

Great for kayaksGreat for Tandem jet skisBrutal for jet skis if you are a group,.they have a gps safety feature where if you are within a 50m radius, the jet ski is restricted to 3km/h. Whats the point then if you go as a group?

The owner is a thief. Watch out don’t book a water craft before you understand that he can change the agreement any time without letting you know. And he won’t refund you if he is changing the agreement.We had the worst experience ever and we will be making a claim to the consumer protection.I booked for 4 Jetskis, gave us only 3 barely working because of a GPS safety system that slow you down for many reason.Be ready to wait for more than one hour for your watercraft.People before us flipped with the Jetski. They are not stable.Jetskis are old with 350hours+.Payed 440$ for less than 15min each and didn’t want to refund us anything.We offered him to pay for 2 hours without even using them fully and he refused. This guy doesn’t care about customer relationship since he is in a touristic area and people comes in and out.

We were camping at a nearby Rv camp with a large group and thought it would be fun to rent a pontoon for the day. We were assured that the boats were being disinfected between uses. We were scheduled to leave at 9:30, so assuming we were the first ones on the boat for the day. It was very dirty. Food on the floor, the seats were sticky. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all season, yet alone disinfected. When I asked for something to wipe things down, I was handed a dry rag- a torn piece of a t-shirt. I soaked it in lake water and wiped the entire boat prior to us heading out. Not the best, but better than it was! In these times of covid, I should be asleep to assume that it would be clean at the very least, but it should be sanitized after each use. It certainly was neither!

For my birthday I came to Willy Waterpark and it was super fun. I mainly came for the inflatable waterpark and again it was super fun. Now let me note a few things. I will say some of the inflatables are super hard to get on. Like you need some good upper body strength. I watched this kid try to get up on an inflatable and due to the way it was designed this kid could not get up it. I could barely get up it and at the time I was 16 and in pretty good shape. The next day, lets say...was the worst! I guess the amount of energy I used and upper body strength, mixed with the sun did not help because I was so sore. I could not move. But overall it was super fun once you finally climbed up a giant inflatable and went in the water.Would I recommend this place? Yes and no. Its super fun but also really tough on your body in many different ways.

**SCAM WARNING**Last summer (2019), I rented two jet skis and provided a $1000 damage deposit. I was reassured that my deposit would be returned in a weeks time. Having full faith in them, I never actually checked. A few weeks ago, I was doing my taxes and realised they never returned my deposit. It's been almost a year!I have tried to get in touch with them a number of times and it is nearly impossible.I will not recommend them. They will steal your money.There are plenty of other businesses that are trust worthy and deserving of our business.I'm sure their business is funded on all of the damage deposits that they keep. Makes me sick.
