Called Herbert’s last week inquiring about a Carhartt winter jacket they had online, some old timing dude took down my information on my assumption that I was going to get a call back. Got nothing, ordered one from AMAZON. Thought I would buy local from Herbert’s. Oh well.

Awesome store! Wild selection of boots. From work to Cowboy you can find just about every thing. Awesome selection of men's wester wear. Good spot to look for motorcycle jackets vest and gloves. We love stopping by just to look at the beautiful high quality stuff they sell. You could spend hours browsing in Herbert's.Oh ya, I should add the staff are amazing. They have extensive knowledge on everything they sell. You can get an education while shopping.

I have had trouble with sore heels and stopped there for a new pair of boots.But the young gentleman told me I needed better insoles. He spent about a half hour explaining to me about what would help my feet.Customer service was 10 out of 10Prices were as good as any other store.In the end I purchased two sets of insoles and a pair of winter work boots.I will be buying my footwear there from now on.That's how impressed I was with there service.

First time visiting today and was well looked after by Mick. Although I didn't find anything to take home he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the western boots I was looking at. I shall be back again to purchase my first pair of boots.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went in to look at the western boots. The gentleman that greeted me when i entered gave me some pointers on how to find the perfect fit. Ended up finding a pair that i fell in love with. It's like they were made for my feet. Even though it's a bit of a drive to get there, I will definitely be going back. I wish i would've had more time to look around in the store. It looks small from the outside, but it really isn't once you're inside.
