Most of the time, it's been great with great service. Sourdough bread, traditional hot cross buns, apricot raisin bread and veggie pizzas have been what I continue to buy - all have been excellent! I enjoy when I get the same ladies who are very knowledgeable in explaining the products. Some, don't have a clue, get the bill wrong and it frustrates me when I get home and missing an item I asked for because they were sidetracked by something else. All in all, I continue coming here because I love their products, I love what they stand for and love the freebies I get.

Very helpful and professional staff (and I was assured there are no calories in their scones, lol). So many delicious items to choose from, I highly recommend a visit.

I always look forward to a trip to Cobs. They have a great selection of delicious bread, croissants, scones, and more! Everything is fresh, and the workers are competent in friendly.

I tried this shop today. I got a croissant to snack on and some buns for some pulled pork I made last night. The buns are amazing like grandma used to make and the croissant was one of the best ones I've had. I'll be back to this store. Friendly staff

Terrible customer service. Two staff chatted with each other about their break at the front counter, and ignored my presence for such a long time, that it made me so uncomfortable that I stepped away waiting for them to finish. Then they had the audacity to ask me after their chat, if I was finished looking! They demonstrated incredible immaturity in the conversation about their break going around in circles “no seriously when to you want to go?” back and forth repeatedly. The receipt read “Leanne” as server.As far as the products go, I would rate the danish pastry and croissants equivalent to premium grocery store products, but priced like a top flight patisserie. Not a good price to value ratio. The cinnamon sweet rolls were good and acceptably priced in the box format. The version without icing was appropriately sweet, which I found pleasantly surprising as most chain bakeries make it so sweet it can be stomach turning.I did not try the bread, and will probably never find out because of the obnoxious front counter staff members.

Visited for the first time this week and will be going back. Friendly service, a great selection, and the smell of fresh baked goods. Adding a smiley face to the box was just icing on the cinnamon bun.

Visited this establishment and asked if it was a nut free facility. The gentleman who attended to me told me everything was nut free /there were no nuts in the location. I was so happy and bought stuff for my daughter. Curious, I looked online when I got home to find out there may be cross contamination issues.I called and spoke to a knowledgeable female employee who confirmed there may be cross contamination. She felt badly however giving 1 star because of the front counter employees lack of knowledge when it comes to life threatening allergies.
