We are the exclusive Santa Cruz, Rocky Mountain, Specialized, Cannondale, Kona and Cervelo dealer on the coast. I bought a scooter online and it came in pieces. I tried my best to put it together, but once i got to the brakes i was out of my element. No problem! I brought it in and they had it all in working order in the same day! Amazing service!!!

I've had my bike for over thirty years and recently needed some repairs. The service was excellent! All of the employees were quite helpful and patient. Craig did a thorough assessment and repair job which included fixing the drive train so that it didn't slip out of gear on the steep hills. He commented that he actually liked working on the older models. There's a bicycle repair shop that is much closer but the service is poor and the next time I'll head straight to Elphinstone Cycles.
