Diverse Boat Rentals and Tours

Posting a short review for Diverse Boat Rentals & Tours who I recently rented a Yamaha Waverunner from to use during a cottage week. Diverse is a great outfit who are prompt and professional. The first unit had a small issue and they quickly replaced it with another machine and credited me for the price diff.One issue I had was a mistake I made leaving the gas dock and the front mooring line was left in the water and got pulled into the unit when I started up. This was clearly my mistake but it could have easily been avoided if a clip or a cleat had been provided for the front line. You cannot see the line from the riding position and it is awkward to tuck it into the front storage compartment every time. This ended up costing me a substantial repair bill and a lost rental day. I hope Diverse considers providing a better solution for renters going forward.Besides that I really appreciated Diverse for their nice machines and friendly and helpful staff.

We came almost Everytime when we were in the area. Lots of time with PWC this summer as we got the most powerful one. Got to 100km/hr easily. This was the second time we came to Diverse rental. This time we picked a PWC (jet ski). Crews are very firendly and helpful as always. Lots of fun with PWC. Make sure that you brought additional sunscreen and water. There is a storage in FX140 model. Btw, the picture shows the on-site gas station to give some juice for the pwc.

Booked two jet skis this summer while we were renting a cottage for the weekend. Super friendly staff walked us through all the mechanics and rules. Jet skis were brand new and worked like a dream. Had a blast and made great memories with some friends, highly recommend.

This rental place was 10/10!! Me and my boyfriend rented a snowmobile for the 1 hour tour & we had a blast. We went through gorgeous trails & even stopped at a cute little cabin & wrote our names in the guest book! I think the best part about our experience was the hospitality & friendliness of the staff. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. Our tour guide was especially personable & took lots of pictures for us. We also enjoyed coming back to some complimentary hot coco, a warm fire & a burger (best burgers btw!). Thanks for a great day :) we hope to be back soon!

It is such an exciting adventure of snowmobile of 2 hours. We drove in the Awenda park and most amazing part is on the frozen bay. We like it so much, and also the warm host of Diverse Rental is very impressive. I have recommended to my friends and shared the website.

AMAZING service, great people. Jill and her husband are great. We took the 1hr tour for the snowmobile which is the most fun I've ever had. I recommend 100% and not just a tour, history too.

This company is dailed-in! Every single person we dealt with from beginning to end either in emails and texts (Jill thanks so much) and then in person (Dwayne YOU ROCK!!! and the guy at the end I'm sorry I don't remember your name but lovely) so polite and accommodating. They know their business inside and out and they have literally thought of everything. I wish all businesses ran this smoothly. Our original booking was the day before but the weather turned and they were able to change our booking. We rented a jet ski (the FX) for the day to be in the water for us and we showed up, got our info and rundown of how to use the machine and off we went. Showed up at the end of the day to the trailer waiting for us and WOW. EFFICIENT! EASY! we had a blast. Can't wait to rent again.

Excellent and reliable company I highly recommend! My friends and I had Dwayne drive us around the lake for a few hours and we had a blast. Dwayne was a perfect driver who arrived on time, well-equipped with water bottles and ample knowledge of the lake. He was professional, respectful, and drove us around the boat safely. The boat was clean and spacious and everything went as well as we could have asked for. Can't wait for next time!

Invigorating and exciting snowmobiling experience. Great sleds and great advice from Dwayne and Charlie. They really know the sport and the area. Jill was very accommodating with scheduling us. The local trails are outstanding! Been using them for years. As good as a service as you can.

We used this service for a birthday party, Dwayne and his crew were excellent! We had a blast with tubing and touring on Georgian Bay. Would definitely recommend and will be doing this again!
