I was looking for an unusual order - to engrave a laptop bag - and Paul was really transparent about how the material (polyester) might not be the best for an engraving but it could be done. He gave a helpful overview of what to expect and the costs associated, both in a very timely manner. I didn't end up engraving the laptop bag but I wanted to share my experience because he was just so helpful!! Highly recommend for anyone looking to get something engraved.
