I visited Crown Point for an IUD the other day and my experience was SO much better than I expected, I'm honestly floored. The nurses took special care to be gentle and explain every part of the procedure to me, which is rare. I will return!

It's a good family doctor's office but the wait times are very long, I always get there on time and see my doctor around 15 minutes after my appointment was for, which can be a little annoying if you're on a schedule. And I find it hard to get an appointment in even if it's a bit of an emergency. I would much rather go here than to a hospital but if my doctor can't make time for me, then I'll unfortunately go elsewhere.

I waited 50 minutes in a room waiting for Dr. Haidar to see me for a nurse to come in and tell me the Doctor just called in sick. At 9:40 am.

The nurses/drs are lovely in person, but there is rarely any follow-up and access to them is tightly controlled. The best care I received was from a Dr who was filling in for someone on maternity leave. Basic things like booking an appointment, getting prescriptions refilled or just trying to figure out when they will answer the phone is extremely frustrating. Admin staff always seem overburdened and unable to do their job. I've been a patient for years but I've honestly had better rapport with walk-in clinics.

Best Medical Clinic a family could ask for.If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

I find it quite interesting that some reviews, honest, impactful reviews, suddenly went missing in action. The front line staff, a particular parasite I am certain they are aware of, is the true reason for defamation of this establishment . Not the potential patients they lost due to their parasites behaviour.Get rid of the administrative parasite in order to create happier team culture and rebuild your reputation as a medical establishment.I am flabbergasted that reviews were removed - especially after I received a follow up call and brought it to their attention to pay special attention to their google reviews.Original review “ This medical establishment needs a do over and consequences for their front line admin- a particular parasite I am certain they must be aware of. Start treating the parasite, then perhaps healthier “cultures” would form, inviting and welcoming new relationships. I have asked my family doctor to refer me elsewhere. I have to say that for my Doctor (Dr. Ow) and my nurse (Meghan) I want to give them 5+ stars. They are awesome-- helpful and kind and always get my son and myself extra care from a specialist when needed.Phones are only open from 9:10-4:30 and are closed at lunch hour. Perhaps an online booking system would be a good idea?

Crown Point Family Health Centre has provided my family with thoughtful, kind and prompt care. Dr. Haider Saeed is one of the best in his field. Please keep up the great work, its greatlyappreciated. A+++
