after my brother in law used one touch roofing and being very happy with there service, i decided to contact them as well for my shingle house and my flat roof for my business, well nothing but good things to say about them, the crew was amazing,did everything that was to be done and very clean at the end of the job. both roofs look great, thanks fred for being there for us as it was your own and to the crew as well..One touch roofing is who to trust...

One Touch Roofing was a horrible company to use for installing a new flat roof on our home and I STRONGLY recommend against hiring them!The owner, Fred Iacoe, is very personable but, as we learned the hard way, will not honour the commitment he repeatedly made to warranty the work done by One Touch Roofing.At first the One Touch Roofing helped us out with repairs to the old roof on our home to get us through the last winter; so we felt safe with them to proceed with re-roofing the house this summer. We were totally wrong. Our new roof was not installed per any manufacturers specs or in a basic workmanlike manner, and was leaking within a week of them leaving the site with our money. The membrane install is so bad that I could reach my arm several feet between sheets without finding any adhesive or tape. The manufacturer rep we brought in to look at the roof and advise if it was salvageable told us that he had never seen such a bad job in his 40 years dealing with flat roofs.We have pleaded with One Touch Roofing by phone, text message, email, and registered letters to come and fix the roof they installed. We received a line from them that Fred was in the hospital and the company was shutting down, and they would send a rep to fix the problem. The guy that they referred to us was from an entirely different company, and after seeing photos of the job done, didn’t want to touch our house with a ten foot pole. One Touch Roofing hasn’t responded to any of our calls or messages since.We have been scrambling for the last month to patch the roof as best we can between rainstorms, and trying to scrape together the money to have another company fix our home. One Touch Roofings disaster of a job on our house has pushed our finances to the brink, and their terrible business practices could easily cost someone their home.So if you want a roofer that will is very friendly in person, but will take all your money after leaving you with a leaking, poorly installed roof and never respond to cries for help, these may be your guys. I for one will never endorse this company, or its owner or employees, and recommend that you steer clear.If someone from One Touch Roofing wants to set things right, then they would be very welcome to do so. But mother nature isn’t waiting for them, so I can’t afford to either.

Fred is great guy to deal with. He called me back within a couple of hours after I left him a message and was there the next day. He never forced anything on us and was very honest throughout all the repairs. He worked with us through every step and compromised whenever necessary. Fred is the type of guy who is not satisfied until he deems the customer happy. This is the person you want to fix your flat roof!

***** Beware ******* Fred is a not who you think, he does a mediocre job will not respond to warranty call backs, nor will he respond to the BBB.We have an old building that had roof leaks everywhere. We contacted one touch roofing, and Fred came out right away and inspected the roof, Fred who happens to be the owner insisted we didn’t need a new roof, the roof was just in need of some long over do maintenance. Fred said he would go over the whole roof move the gravel and inspect and fix what needed to be fixed. He would also re apply the gravel layer and provide a 3 year warranty. We agree to a price and Fred started his work.Not long after Fred started to say he was using a lot of roofing product and he needed more roofing product than he originally thought. This was just a hint of things to come. Fred did a in depth inspection inside and out before he gave us the price, he saw all the water on the floor from leaks, he saw all the stained ceiling tiles from the water leaks, and as a professional roofer that specializes in flat roofs Fred should have had a better estimate on the work involved.Finally Fred came out and said he needed more money, but the way he did it was very questionable, He asked me to come up to the roof so I could see, he took me to an area of the roof that he had not started to work on yet, and said that I should really consider getting this area fixed too, because he didn’t know how much longer that section last. I said this section is already leaking and what happened with going over the complete roof and fixing what needed to be fixed.Fred said this was not one of the leaks he carried and he was going to do as much as he could but he was not going to go over the whole roof, he was just going to patch the leaks.We really needed the roof fixed as this is a place of buisness, so we did end up negotiating a larger payment with Fred hopping he would do a good job and finish up.Fred did finish up , at least he said he did..He did not go over the whole roof like he said in our contract and there were still a few leaks, we had Fred come back for leaks a couple of times, But then he just stopped responding.I was messaging Fred daily until I finally got a response saying that Fred was injured and no longer working anymore. So I decided to have a friend call up one touch roofing for a quote, and sure enough Fred showed up to quote the work . Stay a way from one touch roofing not good at all.

PLEASE BEWARE - Fred Iacoe and One Touch Roofing's work and business practices speak for themselves. He spent an enormous amount of time speaking to us about the pride he takes in his work and how he stands behind EVERY job. He and his crew then proceeded to install a flat roof that the manufacturer of the membrane has declared, and I quote, THE WORST APPLICATION OF OUR PRODUCT I'VE EVER SEEN!. At the end of the day we paid 50k for a roof that started leaking within days of it being completed and Fred has disappeared. He won't answer messages or phone calls. We have been forced to hire a new roofer to remove everything he's done and redo it from scratch, all out of our own pocket. We have documented everything and will be filing a lawsuit as soon as the new work is completed. If anyone has had similar experiences, do not hesitate to reach out. Fred Iacoe and One Touch Roofing should not be allowed to continue behaving in this manner. It could easily cost the next person their house!Fred, we have been attempting to contact you for over a month - text, email, phone, registered letter. If you believe you can honestly say that this review is not representative of the work or service you provided, then I invite you to get back in touch so we can resolve this situation in a professional manner.

We had the same experience as others, he seemed to be a decent guy and and honest, but in the end absolutely not.We hire Fred Iacoe to fix a large flat roof, a week into the project he started to complain about how much work it was and he was using way to much product. Our contract was to go over our entire roof inspect and fix. After two week he started to just patch the leaks he could see and wait for us to call him back every rain fall so he could patch the next leak.It would have been so much more efficient for him to just do the job right, but instead he just wanted to screw us over. After 3 months of calling Fred back he just stop responding. I bombarded his email, text messages and phone with messages until I finally got a message saying Fred was hurt and the business has shut down.So now I have a roof that still leaks and warranty that is useless.But wait!! I decided to have a friend message One Touch roofing for a quote, and Guess who showed up, Fred Iacoe seems he is OK now and the Business is back open.Be for warned, Fred Iacoe is not Decent or Honest guy

Totally impressed with the entire experience with One Touch Roofing and the repairs to our flat roof. Great response time and detailed, fair priced estimate was provided within hours of initial contact. We found the owner, Fred, to be the most personable, honest and attentive contractor we have ever dealt with. We don't wish roof issues on any home owner but for those who experience them, without hesitation we recommend One Touch Roofing.

I highly recommend Fred and his crew of One Touch roofing. He does what he says he is going to. We had 2 houses done (a pair of semis) re shingled. Theu did a fabulous job. Our property looked 1000% better when they left then when they came. Fred not only blew all the leaves of my driveway once but 3 times!!! Cleaned up yard better than when they had arrived. I couldn't be more pleased. We had tenant issues that resulted in extra delivery charges, that he tried to cover. Was not even his fault amd was out of anyones control.Fred actually cares about his customers, and crew.Couldn't be happier. Very happy to have found him. Will definitely be using him amd his team again.Thank u.
