As another reviewer posted. I had the same terrible experience with Adam. He is a totally disorganized, unprofessional amateur, who only cares about covering his own tracks.Totally wasted my time at best for a simple property transfer and incompetency almost cost us many thousands of dollars. Beware and avoid.
