The bagels are always fresh to serve. Each portion is adequate for a meal of mine at anytime in a day. Orders are quickly taken and completed. I really like its unique selling point of opening 24/7 around the year. I’ll be a loyal customer if being offered more choices for the main menu.

Genuinely excellent bagels, and friendly staff. The environment is comfortable, and accommodating. It even has outlets in many places. It’s comfortably lit, and open 24/7/365, which is also a huge plus. These are Montreal style, so think hardwood fired, hand made, and salt water.

What a wonderful experience it was to meet May and visit the Kettlemans store in Ottawa. We wish there was one in Ancaster. May took us through the various stages of production. It was fascinating!Great, tasty bagels!

Food is always great. It was quick, no significant waiting and staff were friendly. Open 24/7 like the others one and looks clean, organized, and always stocked. The parking lot, however, is congested and compact. Might benefit from parking away from other vehicles.Close to main major intersections but busy.

Excellent quality bagels. Loved their apple pie and other dessert bagel. The bagels are always fresh and crisp. It’s a great breakfast place. The interiors are also very nice which makes it a good hangout place with friends and family.

Very good clean location with lots of seating. The LGBTQIA bagel sandwich they offer is nice to see and very tasty. Another favorite is the western sandwich, I like to add bacon. They make delicious desserts like butter tarts and Vonn rolls. Quick, healthy and filling.

When everything else was full for brunch, kettleman's was wide open. It was less expensive, less pretentious, and great tasting! Plus, the coffee was surprisingly excellent!

Too funny.. the first few reviews were saying it would have been 5 stars if they didn't forget something, or the coffee was watery, or...well, I must add my review with...it would have been 5 stars if they didn't lose my order and I had to ask them where it was. As people around me were getting theirs, I was waiting. My little mobile device did not go off. Then when I asked about it, the lady went to the back...took a bagel...had it made to my order...came back and said, they didn't get it
