Conestoga Dental Group is AMAZING. it’s very easy to book appointments w the receptionist, the sweetest RITA! They remind you for your appointments, even contact you if there’s an availability for an earlier ones! The office is very clean and the everyone is very professional. Dr Pergola is very gentle, professional and helps you understand what needs to be done on your teeth! Im out of words w this dental office. Highly recommended!!!

I recently visited for cavity fillings, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Not only did they take care of me, but they also treated my son with the utmost care. The staff were gentle, welcoming, and made us both feel comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommended for their top-notch service and patient-focused approach!

I went for a cleaning and my hygienist decided on her own accord that she didn’t want to finish and asked me to come back another day. Without explaining to me that I would have to pay TWICE, I paid my first bill of $177 and came back 2 days later. The second appointment was 10 minutes. I was handed another $179 bill. I refused to pay due to the complete lack of transparency about this and was told that the owner would contact me to discuss further.They tried to call me while I was on vacation and when they didn’t reach me, they decided to pull the sneakiest, most twisted move that I could’ve ever imagined. My father went for an appointment and they manipulated him, convincing him that his daughter had an outstanding balance and asked if they could kindly include that on his bill. They did not explain the situation, they just made my father pay.Now, they refuse to give him a refund. They made someone else pay for my bill because they couldn’t collect. Now just remember that the next time you go to pay your bill. You may be paying someone else’s too.Don’t bother responding to this, Conestoga Dental. Unless of course it’s in the form of a cheque.

My experience was great. My dental hygienist was professional and efficient. Always a pleasure to go to Conestoga Dental. All of the staff are friendly and polite.

If I can give a million stars, I would!Dr Omar and his staff is a true dental dream team. If you’re serious about your oral health/goal YOU NEED DR OMAR hands down!!! The care I’ve received at this office has been so amazing that I’ve even switched my children from their previous Dr over to Dr Omar and I am confident in my decision in doing so. He has been absolutely amazing with them. Thank you everyone at Conestoga for making the office feel like a second home and to Dr Omar for giving me my smile back!!!!

Rip off! I went for a cleaning and they stopped half way and I was told to come back a different day. I had to pay two times for a job that should of been done the first time! And I’m not fully covered so I got hit twice out of my pocket. Also I needed multiple cavity filling and they keep booking me back to back without explaining I’ve used up my monthly allowance from the insurance and was then slapped with a $300 bill that I payed out of my pocket! When I ask why didn’t you guys tell me The receptionist replied, “that’s your job to know”. the receptionist also got upset with me for canceling a different appointment even though I explained to her I’m sick with Covid she said next time she needs 48 hours notice, it’s as if the health and safety for there staff and customers is not important! I will never go back here again and my advice to new customers is find a better dentist!
