I hadn't had a change of hair color in years. I went with Coralee and she listened to what I wanted, she explained what my best options would be and she did an AMAZING job! The color, the cut and style look fantastic! Even my husband and family were surprised how great my hair looked. Definitely would recommend! Worth every dollar!

Easy to book, generally always someone available on short notice. I have a preferred stylist but I really think they are all well trained and consistent.

Love the atmosphere of this salon! The most lovely and welcoming humans❤️Stephanie worked with my curly hair and I love the way it turned out. Highly recommend her for anyone, especially if you have curly hair!

I have seen coralee 2 times so far and she’s the best hair stylist I’ve been with. She’s quick, neat and is an amazing conversation starter. I will be going back in April and won’t be seeing anyone else. She’s gotten me to my goal in almost a couple of sessions.

My first experience asking for a full color and highlights, I was booked in for 4 hours only to get there to be told that I had to choose one or the other as my time was shortened to service another client. Fast forward to a year later and thought I would try again and was very specific about the time needed once again which was honored. However, very few highlights were applied and not only do they not reach my scalp, if I put my bangs up, it doesn’t look like that I have any highlights at all!! Not happy with the highlights especially for a $400 service all together. After returning for a consultation, the hairdresser said she would add more highlights and booked me in for an appointment, only to receive a call moments later that the manager was requesting payment again! I will not be giving Chatters a third chance. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I like the haircut itself. Can you see the highlights???

I personally haven’t gotten my hair done there. But I did apply for a position there about a month ago, I was told they wanted me in for an interview I went in about a week and a half ago.They told me I would be given and update on the next Monday, days, then a week went past with no updates. I knew i didn’t get the job. But my grandmother told me to call just to confirm.I had called them three times and they said they would get back to me, no response. I finally called the third time today, it was confirmed I didn’t get the job, and I’m completely okay with that. But the girl that I was on the phone with sighed and acted very annoyed when I had called her She then ACTUALLY called me back and told me I didn’t get the position.She then ended the phone call and was very rude about it. Point is, I’m not upset that I didn’t get the job, but when you say your gonna give someone an update, give them an UPDATE it’s quite rude what they did.

I am very angry about my visit. Sunny ruined my hair. She cut it uneven, and one of the other hair dressers tried to fix it but couldn't. And then the receptionist demand payment for a service that was a hack job. When I called two days later to book an appointment to try to have it fixed, I had to deal with a receptionist who was a liar and rude. My hair is very short now and will take months to grow back. I will never go back there or recommend that location to anyone I know. O Stars!! I did reach out to customer service and no response!!
