Don't buy the Lincoln Viking helmet (FGS series). The shields are overpriced and are of low quality compared to Miller's equivalent helmet. I called and complained - was told they would send replacements but never did. My next welding machine is going to be Miller

Had several interviews with this company over the phone and on teams. Also had an in person interview and was shown around the facility and was given a verbal offer with 3 of the management staff. My references checked out. I spoke to the HR person this morning and was told to give her a few hours normally that would be okay but then I get a call about 25 minutes ago saying they decided to go in another direction. Waisted my time and effort and gave up a couple other legitimate and valuable offers for this organization...not professional at all.

This company has great products. Unfortunately their rebate program needs an overhaul. The online customer support and the timelines for receiving the cheque are unacceptable. No response from online support after multiple requests and I am sure that if I did not finally get a hold of someone I would have never been sent the cheque for the rebate program. The issue is now resolved after having to get a hold of Lincoln USA who put me through to a financial representative for Lincoln Canada.

The welding supply store has been closed for the last 2 years according to the representative at the warehouse first he says the store is closed at 2:30 then says its been closed for 2 years. He gave the impression that he does not care for my business .... fix the information online and stop wasting people's time......
