I have been seeing Georgia at Impressions twice a year since she opened several years ago. She is fantastic. I always feel well taken care of, she is passionate about her work, and best of all I don't hear drilling or experience the typical aroma that comes from a dentist's office. Instead, it is a relaxing environment, and comes with paraffin treatment for your hands. It truly has a spa feeling. Over the years, Georgia and I have become friends and I trust her implicitly.

I can't say enough good things about this place and everyone that woks here. I have been going for just over 2 years now and it is simply THE BEST place I've ever been for dental work. I have had MANY bad experiences with dental clinics, and like many people , have developed a bit of a phobia. Not so at this clinic! From your own personal slippers, to a refreshing drink, to a massage dental chair, paraffin wax hand treatment and personal tv's, it feels much more like a spa than a dental clinic, all at a better price than your dentist's office :). Even better are the wonderful staff, they take their time, explain everything they're doing, are very gentle with your pearly whites and are just A++ outstanding every time. They always seem to remember personal details too, asking about a trip you may have mentioned, or an event you were attending. I can't say enough good things about this clinic and the thoughtful, talented staff! I never thought I would say getting dental work was a pleasant experience but here, it is :)

I have been going to Impressions for many years. Georgia and her team always go above and beyond with the utmost professionalism, flexible hours and genuine caring! Yes there are great perks like paraffin wax treatments and massage chairs that make the experience so relaxing but what makes it wonderful is the years of experience and expertise every member of this team has! I trust them 1000% with my dental health and well being. They care about me as a patient and a person! I highly recommend this team to everyone!

Georgia and her staff are amazing. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Upon entering the cozy corner building, you are greeted with a cool large abstract painting made by her artist husband. The office is very clean and the future is new and it is open concept with huge windows on 2 of the 3 walls in the reception area that simply floor tons of sun light in to the waiting area. I recommended my friend Steven right off the bat, as soon as I entered and spoke with the friendly receptionist Cindy. It got better than this, before and during my teeth cleaning, I was offered this luxurious hand moisturising mask for my hands, I could not believe this bonus. The office is beautiful and you really feel like you're getting a spa treatment. The owner, Georgia, is wonderful, competent and a beautiful caring person, but it is my understanding that she is no longer there ---maybe she has retired or the business has been sold and is under new management? The business has really gone downhill over the past 4 years. The turnover rate for hygienists is very high and this has always been the case. Every time I would go in for cleanings I would get a new hygienist. I never got the same hygienist twice, except when I specifically requested Georgia. The last time I was there, the young lady ( a recent graduate?) who cleaned my teeth missed a few areas, needless to say I was disappointed and I was charged roughly $270. Sure enough, I called recently and there is a new hygienist.

A gem in the neighbourhood! Cindy and Georgia are lovely. It’s great to get a thorough dental cleaning that is more gentle than my experience at a traditional dentist office. I’ve been a client for about as long as they’ve been open, and have only been referred to the dentist once or twice. Being treated to a paraffin wax hand treatment is just the icing on the cake!

I read the positive reviews online and decided to try this place. It is hardly soothing as one review suggests. It is a commercially driven biz. My biggest complaint is pricing. I was charged $359 for my initial cleaning. I had my teeth cleaned only 4 months earlier and did not need an overhaul. The services I received did not justify this cost. Furthermore, I was quoted $200, not almost $400, for the cleaning when I booked the appointment. What they don’t tell you is that you will be charged over $100 for dental measurements of your teeth. This information is readily available at my dental office upon request, is duplicative, and I was not informed about the fee. This is sharp practice in my view, and no response was forthcoming when I raised the issue with the owner.The hygienist was a lovely person, but her skills were good, not different from all but one hygienist I have had who is now retired. The massage chair worked at only one imperceptible setting. The wax hand treatment was good but unrelated to the dental appointment. They might as well have brought in a financial planner to go with the dental cleaning... it doesn’t work. In all, An ordinary, negative and exorbitantly priced dental appointment. Cannot recommend.*** I wanted to add in January 2020 that I read the owner’s response, sent more than half a year after I posted my review. Their suggestion that I may not have been a client, and inferentially, that my review is bogus, is insulting and reflects their attitude towards their clients.I note that the email I initially sent to this company with my concerns did not bounce back, I waited several weeks for them to respond before I posted my review, and I actually had to reattend the office because I had given them the wrong insurance info.If anyone wanted to talk to me about my concerns, they certainly had several opportunities to do so last year. The only reason I can see for their late response is that several people agreed with my negative review. I will say that owing to this company’s exorbitant pricing for my cleaning, that I maxed out on my otherwise generous insurance benefits, and had to pay out of pocket for my next dental cleaning elsewhere. I reiterate my rating.

For years and years, I would travel west bond to visit my dentist. I finally decided to try Impressions Dental Hygiene a local gem right on danforth and woodmount and it's awesome. Totally recommend it! There is no Doctor on site but 9 times out of 10 you don't see your doctor anyway. My first visit was 1.5 hr long but extremely thorough. The staff are super knowledgeable, very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be converting my entire family. TV's for the little ones to keep them entertained, oh and, paraffin wax hand treatment for the grownups.

Both my spouse and I have enjoyed going to Impressions for our dental hygiene for many years. Yes, we actually enjoy our dental appointments! We started going to Impressions after far too many other dentist experiences had us feeling guarded against constant guilt-tripping and upselling for services we didn’t need. With Georgia and her staff, we experience a highly professional team that gives us confidence in their expertise in preventive care of our oral health. They’re genuinely friendly and warm, and entirely thorough with exams and cleanings. I’ve enjoyed perfect oral health with them and my teeth feel fantastic after every appointment! Appointment bookings and health insurance claims are also always professional and smoothly done.
