For the second time I have used Milani, the quality of service I received both times is off the chart. Robin came today to service our A/C and it runs better now than it ever did before, he was very knowledgeable and even did extra to make sure the house was running efficiently and left a list of do’s and dont’s for me (incredible, who does that?). We hired Milani put in 2 new furnaces and a heat-pump.Everyone from Nick the sales representative to the installers Salim, Karandeep were very pleasant and professional.Our installation presented some challenges and was not an easy installation.The manager Robin stopped in to go over the installation and our concerns and everyone worked very hard to make it a very good experience.I would highly recommend this team to do any Heating and Cooling work you need to be done. Technicians Robin and Adrian replaced our water supply line from the street valve into the house. This involved excavating a hole in our front yard, amongst our zero scape landscaping, trees and shrubs. Robin operated the excavator cautiously to not damage our trees/shrubs, and kept the excavation to a minimum. Using the PiPe Burst trenchless method, they pulled a new PEX line in. Adrian reconnected the line, replaced our Pressure Reducer Valve, and checked the pressure setting. They are both courteous, efficient professionals and did a great job for us!

I couldn't have been happier with the service from Milani. Their web mail was easy to use. They always called back promptly, arrived promptly and gave great advice and service. I will definitely use them again when I have a plumbing issue!

A little pricey house call for first hour but Jesse was on time (early), diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner within minutes and had it repaired within 30 minutes. It turned out to be a simple repair which I'm sure was due to his ability to diagnose the issue so quickly. He was very thorough and professional.

Having problems with amount of cool air reaching our upper floor bedrooms during recent heatwave so called Milani late last week and they setup appointment for following Tuesday to check our system. When their Technician Jesse arrived he did a thorough examination of all the issues and components- furnace, filters, fan and condenser and outside A/C unit, did a lot of cleaning also and then performed checks on the A/C system in operation. The amount of airflow appears to be better now than before his work, and the temperature of the air delivered indicated cold air temperature being delivered to the upper floor was OK. He took time to explain that sometimes A/Csystems installed several years ago may not be as effective in present day heat waves and discussed possible practical options to improve cooling to the upper floors which will bear in mind when we go through next extreme heatwave. However system seems to be working as well as possible for now so we consider having Jesse come to check our system well worthwhile.
