Used 2 stars to let you decide, seem to be nice people, owners daughter was very helpful with translations, Daniel in service etc., however after being sold a hitch instead of using ours because of concern" for our safety

Bonjour, je me suis procuré une remorque auprès de Vr Maguire. La remorque n'était pas en inventaire et ils ont réussi à en obtenir une en moins de trois semaines selon mes spécifications. Super service, l'ensemble du personnel prend le temps de bien répondre à vos questions. Je recommande définitivement ce commerce. Rapport qualité/prix superbe.

Très très déçu. je ne ferais plus jamais affaire avec eux. Acheté un VR classe A. Ils nous ont dit que le VR était en très bonne condition. Nous avons eu tellement de problèmes. Moteur a sauter parce que le filtreur n'avait JAMAIS été changé. Ils ne voulait pas l'avouer. Ils sont au courant du problème. Non rien fait pour nous dédommagé. De plus 2 pneus arrières intérieur fini fini fini. Je ne comprend pas les bons commentaires a leur égard.Ils sont sympathiques. oui. mais l'après vente dans notre cas a été pourri.

I recently purchased a New Truck Camper from VR Maguire and must say that the entire process from start to finish was more than rewarding. I'll also add that I'm 10 1/2 hours away living in Ontario. Some would take that alone as a deterrent, but in fact it's the complete opposite. Their entire staff from sales to financing and beyond made this such a rewarding experience. They were aware of the language barrier as my ability to speak French is non existent, and again made me feel more than important. My Sales Representative François was excellent and extremely helpful in every way, Also helping with the language barrier with his ability to speak English. Along with Jean-Sébastien in Financing and his work in making the deal so pleasant. I must also mention Kevin, with him being there at every juncture assisting and answering any questions. Also Alexander with his time and expertise in getting the camper secured properly and to the exact specifications. Everyone involved in this adventure made me feel important and that I was also a part of their family. Again I cannot say enough about this purchase and how pleased I am with VR MAGUIRE, if you're in the market or know anyone who is in the market for an RV, don't hesitate to call this dealership, you will not be disappointed.
